I think you're better off saving your HP, continuing to post and also curate other posts. It takes a long time to build your stake, but it grows faster the more you post and curate.

Another reason to not power down is
Currently he got hivepakistan, if it's above 10 KE, bot won't allow to curate him. Thus High KE means low or no curations.

You should maintain below 10 KE
By not powering down
Your KE ratio is below 1 which is better than mine. If it was above 10, I wouldn't curate u as much as I do if it's below 1. Default KE is 2.
