The Joy Of Tommorrow, The Sadness Of Today

There are some things I wouldn't have even bothered to run after in this life, if I had known that it will not stand the test of time. When I was very young, especially in my teenage years, what we did back then was apply a methylated spirit to our chin, in order to have a moustache, because we were so eager to grow old and become the grown-up man with a moustache and beards all around our chin, making our beards to look like a grown-up adult.

Now, a lot of us has grown older and we have achieve every day what we were so eager and running after to achieve back then.

If we had known that a time will come when you will have moustache and you have to be shaving it every week in order to look like a human being or else you are going to look like a he-goat or an unkempt man, if we had known we wouldn't have rushed into it, we would have taken our time and go into every phases of life and also from there get better. If we had also known that there are so many things in this life that there is no need running after, all you just have to do is keep at your time and keep pushing, you will get there in no time. We didn't know this.

What is happening now is that we are not cognizant of time and it's not helping us in any way. So, life is becoming a very funny track. Life is now unilateral.

Life is so diverse to the point that if you are not careful, you might miss out of things that are cognizant and important in life while you are running after things that will later come to you at their own designated time. The ability to understand time and season is very, very important. People have lost their future while trying to grasp it at all costs and today is filled with a lot of pressure for them.

Some people cannot even wait to enter into their own restful future. They have robbed tomorrow of every goodness in it. So, they have enjoyed their yesterday, today and tomorrow all into one single phase and when the tomorrow comes, they become easily depressed, with nothing in their hands, back to zero and no one to help because they have made a mess of time and seasons of life.

Christians do pray for renewals of season and time of life. Man, as a person, all he has to do is regret that he didn't do this right at the right time, he didn't do that right at the right time. But time cannot be rewind.

If it can, a lot of people would have went back to their past and correct a lot of things, especially those in prison, those who are single fathers with children that cannot relate to their father very well and that's a crazy thing to live by. So, in whatever that we are doing, we must learn to put a pause. Then, think, hope I am not robbing my tomorrow with my present situation.

Hope I am not deducting from the joy of tomorrow because I want to enjoy at all costs the present today.
