When 2026 was starting to come around (read the last week in December) I got the idea that I wanted to be more proactive in growing my Hive Power.

I am just a small little minnow though so I have a ways to go...

But the idea popped into my head that I should take advantage of the Hive Buzz Power Up Days and Power Up Months...

I wanted to try to power up every day of the year at least 1 HP... And I was doing okay for a little while. But the timezone issue screwed me. I am in the New York USA timezone so the new day resets at like 7pm for me each night. And yeah well I am a idiot sometimes. So I missed a day and didn't notice

That is January 2026.. I missed the 7th and the 9th and didn't notice until the 18th when I went back to make sure I was still good... I wasn't so I gave up.

I also noticed that it didn't reward me for the January, February or March Power Up Days... which pissed me off some

But all of that is in the past.


Today is a new Day!


Today is a new Month!

And after checking out the Hive Buzz website (since I almost forgot about it again..) I see I have less then 7 hours on the Hive Power Up Day for April 1st to get my little badge that doesn't do anything besides give me bragging rights over those who forgot to do it!

Since I missed the last 3 months. Today is a "Put up or shut up" type of day for me.
