Day 2912 | Antza Muay Thai Boxing Event

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Friday was another interesting day starting things out with a Muay Thai Boxing class. I kind of have not that much to do in the afternoon during the week so I'm happy if I can get out to one of the shopping malls with a mission to buy something. I also notice that I'm starting to eat a lot more lately as a way to fill my time. Instead of a small breakfast and an evening dinner, I now also have a afternoon meal at the mall and even snack inbetween.

I had something called morning glory which had some green vegetables in it and afterward I tried out a desert that was vegan and gluten free which was super delicious and got on my list of winners which I would be happy to eat any day of the week!

It was a coconut pancake with rice flour and panang custard.

In the evening I had plans to go to the Antza Muay Thai Boxing event with my girlfriend and a couple who regularly are in my class with 2 of my coaches fighting. My girlfriend came over and we first had some fun time in my room which made the time fly while we still needed to go eat and head to the event.

Luckily we were in time also because it kind of started late.

Most of the crowd were actually tourists and eventually things filled up with 8 fights in total including some younger kids. If anything, it really was an experience unlike anything else and I'm glad that I experienced it. Both coaches ended up winning and while my girlfiend left a bit early as she needed to go to work. I stayed until the end making it close to 01:00 when I got back to my room.

Next Day Goals: On saturday, the Belgian Team plays in the world cup in the morning and I will be watching that match skipping on the Muay Thai boxing class. In the afternoon I will head out to market village to get some more things and exchange some money. In the evening, my girlfriend will come over and stay the night as we will be doing a trip on Sunday to Cha-Am. So that should be a fun day. It might be only Sunday evening that I make the report for Saturday.

Sometimes I do watch Muay Thai in TV and it's truly enjoyable. What more if it's watched face-to-face? I guess that's truly amazing! 😍

Food generally feels more healthy compared to in Europe but I also feel that I'm starting to get more favorites after a month here and am starting to eat out of entertainment to pass some time which isn't the best evolution so I need to tone that down the coming week.
