The only thing that would make me return such money is if I see the owner right in front of me, i am not going to take it to the police station because they ar corrupt too and would end up claiming the money for themselves.

Hmm. If you give the money to police it will end up in their pocket. It's better to keep it for yourself and change you life like you win a lottery.
