When I was and bought snacks. It made me happy for a short time, but later the money and the snacks were gone. I had nothing left in my hand.
As I grew older, I started to see that money is like a friend. If you use it well, it stays with you and helps you tomorrow. If you use it carelessly, it disappears and leaves you alone.
One time, I decided not to spend all my money on small things. I used part of it to learn a little skill. At that moment, it felt slow and not exciting. But later, that skill began to help me and even brought me more money. That day I told myself: money can create value if I use it well.
Another thing I found is that saving is like planting a seed. Even if the seed is very small, if you keep planting, one day you will see a tree. At first, I thought saving small money was useless, but later I saw it was training me to respect money.
I also learned that money is not everything. Some people run after it until they forget about health, family, and peace. I don’t want to be like that. I want balance. What is the use of plenty money if I cannot smile or rest?
Now, when I have money, I don’t rush. I stop and ask myself simple questions:
Is this a need or just a want?
Will this help me tomorrow?
Will I regret it if I spend it now?
These small questions guide me. They don’t make me rich quickly, but they make me wiser every day.
In the end, I learned one big thing: money is not my master, it is my tool. I want to use it to build, not to waste.
