Champorado is a traditional Filipino snack made with sticky rice, cocoa or tablea (Filipino cacao), sugar and milk. It can be eaten for breakfast or merienda. It is warm, creamy and chocolatey. One of the most interesting twists is pairing it with tuyo (salted dried fish). The salty fish contrasts with the sweetness of the chocolate rice. This one has a more modern twist with strawberry on top.
