HOW I MAKE ZOBO DRINK || VERY REFRESHING AFRICAN DRINK|| COMO HAGO LA BEBIDA ZOBO || BEBIDA AFRICANA MUY REFRESCANTE. [ENG-ESP].

Zobo drink is one of the herbal drinks that can be recommended to anyone. West Africa is a region where you can find many delicious foods and drinks. A favorite across many countries is a drink called Zobo (also known as Solobo or Bissap). If you have ever wanted to try something different from every drink you know or you are a foodie looking for new recipes, this tasty and cool drink should be hopped on. Whenever I feel like drinking juice or drinks, I love to take zobo because the ingredients used in making are all good for the health. The process of making it as well does not really take too much time; it is quick and very easy to make.

La bebida zobo es una de las bebidas a base de hierbas que se pueden recomendar a cualquiera. África Occidental es una región donde se pueden encontrar muchas comidas y bebidas deliciosas. Una de las favoritas en muchos países es una bebida llamada Zobo (también conocida como Solobo o Bissap). Si alguna vez has querido probar algo distinto a todas las bebidas que conoces o eres un aficionado a la gastronomía en busca de nuevas recetas, esta bebida sabrosa y refrescante debería gustarte. Siempre que me apetece tomar zumos o bebidas, me encanta tomar zobo porque los ingredientes utilizados en su elaboración son todos buenos para la salud. Además, el proceso de elaboración no lleva demasiado tiempo; es rápido y muy fácil de hacer.

Ingredients Used	Ingredientes utilizados

•3 cups of dried zobo leaves.
•Ginger (2-3 fingers).
•Flavors and sweeteners of your choice
•1 tbsp cloves
•4 liters of water.
•Bare leaf
•Pepper(optional)
•Pineapple peel(optional)
•Cinnamon Stick

Ingredientes para la bebida de zobo*
-3 tazas de hojas secas de zobo.
-Jengibre (2-3 dedos).
-Saborizantes y edulcorantes de su elección.
-1 cucharada de clavo
-4 litros de agua.
-Hojas de zobo
-Pimienta(opcional)
-Cáscara de piña(opcional)
-Canela en rama

Step-by-step Process

Step One
I chose an appropriate-sized pot that is very spacious and very comfortable. How big your pot is depends on how much you want your quantity to be. I used a very big one because I want to make it for the whole family in our house. When they heard I was going to make an African-made zobo, they were so delighted, so I had no choice but to make it for the whole house.

Elegí una maceta de tamaño adecuado, muy espaciosa y muy cómoda. El tamaño de la olla depende de la cantidad que quieras. Yo utilicé una muy grande porque quiero hacerlo para toda la familia de nuestra casa. Cuando se enteraron de que iba a hacer un zobo a la africana, quedaron encantados, así que no tuve más remedio que hacerlo para toda la casa.

Step Two
I washed the items I will make use of; cleanliness is very vital in the aspect of cooking, and also I am using mostly herbs I got from the farm. I rinse my pot, blender, and also the ingredients I want to use for my juice.

Lavo los utensilios que voy a utilizar; la limpieza es muy importante en la cocina y, además, utilizo sobre todo hierbas que he comprado en la granja. Enjuago la olla, la batidora y los ingredientes que voy a utilizar para el zumo.

Step Three

I pour my ingredients into a bowl after I rinsed it. Then I move to grinding it with my blender, one thing I love about this blender, it grinds so easily. Anything that seems difficult in blending it dismantle, I make sure I blend it well that there will be no particles left. Add small water if it seems so hard, I made sure there was no longer particle there. After it is well blended and already watery I pour to my pot.

Step Four

After pouring it into the pan, i pour my dried leaves zobo cut the pineapple into pieces added it as well. I also added lemon grass because I want to look more herbal and work well in the body system, it is actually optional though just did it because that is how I want it. También he añadido hierba de limón porque quiero parecer más a base de hierbas y trabajar bien en el sistema del cuerpo, en realidad es opcional, aunque sólo lo hizo porque eso es lo que quiero.

Step Five

Then I poured enough water to my quantity taste and the also consider the amount that will be served. Then I leave it on fire to cook for about 20 to 30mins to cook so well, to me I am actually cooking it like herbs. So at first, if started scenting as herb or medicine.	Entonces vertí bastante agua a mi gusto de la cantidad y el también considerar la cantidad que será servida. Luego lo dejo en el fuego para cocinar durante unos 20 a 30 minutos para cocinar tan bien, para mí estoy realmente cocinar como hierbas. Así que al principio, si comenzó a perfumar como hierba o medicina

Step Six

After letting it cook so well for over 30mins I added my flavor of my choice, it was off camera though because my phone was low that period. After adding my flavor, I allow it cook for 5mins so the sweetness will cook all round and I look for a cloth to filter the particles apart and the juice apart. This process took a little time it was successful, after differentiating the particles and my juice apart. It was set to be served.

Después de dejar que se cocine tan bien por más de 30mins añadí mi sabor de mi elección, fue fuera de cámara sin embargo, porque mi teléfono estaba bajo ese período. Step Seven

So I already washed water bottles where I can fill my juice too. I poured my zobo into the bottles. If the drink is a really dark red color, or if you feel that the flavor is too strong, you can dilute it with water. This was the first batch, and I was delighted because there were a lot of bottles for consumption. After filling the bottles available, I let it cool down a bit and put it in the fridge to make it chilled. I pour it into my glass cup after my zobo is chilled a little bit,t and I drank it with my favorite biscuits, and it was so yummy 😋. The taste was giving I must say

This is me here drinking my African-made zobo and I am very proud of myself because this is my first time making this juice. Whenever I was craving for zobo I just buy from vendors or sellers, but I have no idea home-made was quite better than theirs. Home-made is much better than the one they are selling because the taste will be quite different from the one you make yourself your own taste.	Aquí estoy yo bebiendo mi zobo africano y estoy muy orgullosa de mí misma porque es la primera vez que hago este zumo. Cuando me apetecía zobo, lo compraba a los vendedores, pero no sabía que el zobo casero era mejor que el de ellos. El zobo casero es mucho mejor que el que venden, porque el sabor es muy diferente del que uno mismo prepara a su gusto.
