A dish that looks exquisite and with easily available ingredients, it is also a meal, as you mention, light and with a lot of nutritional power. It contains all kinds of vitamins which also makes it a healthy dish. It can be made with other types of pasta, with other shapes and you can always be creative.
I like the way you explain the step by step and the detailed photographs accompanying your explanation. What I always tell you, I admire the cleanliness and order when you cook, that is very important in the kitchen. I loved the recipe and especially the ingredients. Un plato que se ve exquisito y con ingredientes fáciles de conseguir, además es una comida, como mencionas, ligera y con mucho poder nutritivo. Contiene todo tipo de vitaminas lo que además lo hace un plato saludable. Se puede realizar con otro tipo de pasta, con otras formas y siempre se puede usar la creatividad.
Me gusta la manera en que explicas el paso a paso y lo detalladas de las fotografías acompañando tu explicación. Lo que siempre te digo, admiro la limpieza y orden cuando cocinas, eso es muy importante en la cocina. Me encantó la receta y sobre todo los ingredientes. Muchas gracias y un gran abrazo Mónica!
