Happy Thursday, everyone! I hope your week is going great!

On Tuesday, the Vinotinto played a game, which we managed to attend, of course, but I'll tell you about that later. I'm just mentioning it because it was the reason we didn't go running as a family yesterday morning, so yesterday afternoon I was able to go running and train my speed in two races, which I'll show you here.

Since I was alone and it was cloudy, I took advantage of the opportunity to go running, and to tell you the truth, I had a great time. The first run was 3 km, and I pushed myself to a speed that was considerable for me, since it's difficult for me to maintain a pace of 5:00. Even so, I tried and managed to record an average pace of 5:38/km.

One factor that encourages me and tires me a little on this route is the hill, as it is now an essential part of my route. However, it does tire me out on the uphill part, but I still think it's important to include some elevation, even if it discourages me a little.

After those first 3km, I decided to take a break, walk, relax, and stretch my muscles. I waited for the sun to go down a bit more, and then I tried again. Again, it was 3km, ending right at the entrance to the neighborhood, to be specific, at the supermarket, haha.

Here I didn't go up the same parts, in fact, there was less incline, and it showed because, despite being my second 3 km training session, I managed to lower my average pace by 1 second, ending up with a total of 5:37/km. To be honest, the second run made me happier than the first, although it would have been cool not to stop during training and see if I could achieve a similar pace without the break in between (I doubt it, haha).

And that's all for today, thank you very much for reading‼️
