You should definitely try a dolsot bibimbap. The dolsot is the bit that makes it special, I think it's the name of the heavy stone bowl they serve it in.

They heat the bowl right up until it's far too hot to touch, wipe it with oil and add the ingredients in sections, starting with rice anbd all topped off with an egg. Apart from the rice, everything else is uncooked, but as you stir it all up it cooks against the side of the bowl. Just before stirring, you add as much of the sauce as you can handle - it's a deep red thick chilli sauce, and helps make the whole thing an amazing experience. Well worth it !

I know this is something I would love to try like so much. But I don't think I can get it here where I am. We can only get stuff like cup ramen and the rest from big supermarkets around here.
Except I want to go to a Korean restaurant here .
