Spot on ! This is why companies like Amazon, eBay and Google work so hard to make themselves the centre of every transaction. Not because they want a community themseles, but because they've identified that creating an air gap between the entrepreneur and the customer will stop a potential future competitor building a community and growing to become a threat.
