Is Religion Needed For Salvation? || MCGI Topic Review.

I know that before the end of our lives, we all have to experience what the called salvation just like our Lord, Jesus Christ. Come to think of it, if we do not need salvation, why do you think God will send his only begotten son, Jesus Chrsit, down to earth to teach us about religion?

In my own words, religion is a belief in a higher power. We all know who the higher power is. As far as I’m concerned, there is no other power that is bigger than that of God and there will never be. Practicing the ways of that higher power who is God, is what is known as religion. In other words, religion is a way to worship God.

In the Bible, Malachi 3:7 says; Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said,
Wherein shall we return?

Truth be told, if you do not practice religion, don’t even think of going back to God which is the father. The major purpose why God created us is so that we can praise and worship Him. And the way to achieve that is by practising a religion. Then, the word salvation will mean that the religion which we have been practicing in our days is what will bring salvation upon us.

And one of the most important acts is getting baptized. Baptism is another act of salvation which means that we have washed away all our sins and we are now free from sins but that still has to do with religion. It is a part of religion.

If you ever want to experience salvation, religion is needed and practicing religion, the Lord will accept you and welcome you.
