The good and the not-so-good of Hive(eng-spn)

Topic: "What are the good and bad things about Hive?"

Hello, United India community. It's a pleasure to greet you all again. Today I paused to reflect on my journey in this ecosystem and wanted to weigh up what it has meant to me. I feel that Hive is not just a social network; it is undoubtedly a world that has changed the way I see social media.

Among the aspects I appreciate most about Hive is the freedom. It's a space where I can sit down and write about my tastes and passions, knowing that there will always be someone on the other side of the world and the screen reading what I put out there every day on Hive. Thanks to this platform, I achieved something that was very difficult for me: consistency. I've created a writing habit that allows me to share my daily life and, at the same time, learn about topics I never imagined and that I feel are now a part of me.

In fact, Hive was my gateway to the world of cryptocurrencies. Seeing my content generate rewards in a backed currency is incredible, but understanding the power of Hive Power (HP) is even more so. I've learned that as I save and increase my HP, my voice grows; I have voting power, I can curate content from others, and actively participate in governance. It's a school of finance and constant perseverance, and that's a very good thing.

Regarding the downsides of Hive, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. To be honest, it's sometimes frustrating to feel like your effort goes unnoticed. In a sea of posts, it's hard to stand out, and it hurts when a post you dedicated hours to is ignored. I've noticed that the excessive use of automated votes sometimes takes away from genuine, manual curation.

I firmly believe that rewards should be distributed more equitably. We need more communities and curators who are truly attentive to new talent, valuing the interaction and commitment of those of us who are active here daily. No one who puts in the effort and adds value should feel invisible.

In conclusion, Hive is a learning experience. Although there are technical and distribution aspects that need improvement to ensure everyone is included, the personal and financial benefits often outweigh the obstacles. My goal is to continue growing and interacting.

I would like to invite @angeluxx, @arribaeltelón, and @sacra97 to join this initiative.

Keep at it my friend. The start is always hardest. It takes time to make comments, make posts, and build friendships over this digital medium. Take the middle ground. For me, i like to make posts that are not too complicated anymore. Keep it simple, find a cool spot for pictures, try different places/communities. The more you build up, the easier it gets. There are tools, votes and automated stuff that i dont really know about either. I feel the same too, there are garbage posts sometimes that get big votes, but we cannot let it sway us yet. Lets be strong, keep at it. Even if a post is 1 dollar, its more than most places would give. I'll of course help your posts best i can. ❤️

Thank you so much, you're a wonderful person on Hive. My posts rarely make more than $1, and I'm not complaining; I'm very grateful for that. But sometimes there are injustices, but good for them—we all deserve a stroke of luck now and then.

I'm still here, and obviously not for the rewards, hehe. Greetings, my friend. Many blessings and thank you so much.

Great, it's true, Hive is unique and it motivates and attracts us, and the bad thing is that sometimes, well, sometimes we're ignored, but it's good to be patient and persistent. Here we are, and we're still going.
