My response to; what're the Good and Bad Things About Hive..!

Hive to me, is just like a massive palace building/edifis, having so many other beautiful compactments, harbouring many different families either with big or bigger family members or small and medium sized family members, and everyone of them living happily ever after.....

This is in reference to all the communities in hive

Hive Ecosystem is the massive palace building and the widest umbrella covering every singular one of us that had joined or would run to join into hive any day any time all around the world, from every languages and tribes.

When one is onboarded in hive, you start the journey of life time if you take this platform as your life time project, there are rewards you will always earn from your daily sincere engagements with your writing posts, comments, up voting and interacting with many others you have never seen physically or may never even set your eyes on in your life time....
Very innovative

Hive is very rewarding, No place like hive, here you write, and earn rewards for writing what you think you know. ...

Nobody charges you a dime, you are not restricted from joining any community of your choice at all. If only you can keep up with your daily updates and make sure you understand their community rules and regulations and keep to it always.... You are good to go!

You can join as many communities as possible, make friends in there, to the extent that you feel they are relatively your personal friends and family members. Days you didn't notice their presence on chain, you begin to ask about them, just like our physical family and friends. Hive is amazing

Hive is so profound, it's an innovative platform where developers, engineers and technological know- how technocrats will just get up on their own and start building up reasonable Apps, many accessable front ends and creating enabling environments for our fulfillment and for everybody's free access on the platform, making us to enjoy every moment we spend on daily basis.

After all their efforts and expenses not refunded, yet, they still ask everyone to come and join to write and earn rewards free of charges

Asking you too, to bring along with you anyone who's interested to do what you are doing, replicating hive, all for free.

That not withstanding, everyone of us are now automatically part of the shareholders in Hive. Their words has been their bonds, getting to three years I have been in Hive Ecosystem, every word I saw and red here about this platform has been kept intact

Without you spending a dime, you will rather be earning. They always keep to their own words.

It's so beautiful also to know that in hive your daily writing and earning rewards are equivalent to your commenting, up voting, and replying to friends that are communicating with you. In case you don't have a whole lot of time to keep writing everyday..

This became obvious for me as I decided to keep commenting and replying to people's posts sometime I didn't have the chance to write everyday. Just make yourself available and socialize with others, you will keep winning and getting together even with the whales.

The decentralization of Hive web 3 Ecosystem is real. Make sure you are original both in writing, commenting, and in engaging with everyone...

But it pains everyone of us so much that
We are not rewarded qualitatively according to the credibility and the originality of our contents. Most times I have seen those that my contents were far better than theirs, winning rewards, very surprising🥺🤔.

I have made so much efforts creating credible contents but they are not well voted, let there be change of methods of voting, let those that deserve winnings, win, please.

How would this system keep building those with higher Hive Power, HP, and keep neglecting to build up upcoming Hivers in Hive?

Another point to be looked into

Another point to be looked into is... Let's give a must follow learning directions and procedures to every new boarded Hiver and give them a duration of time of learning on how to navigate in the platform.

Many are confused on what to do and how to do them right. Moreover, those that do not have personal mentors they can talk directly to.

This makes a lot of the people to feel neglected, not accepted and some had withdrawn at this initial stage. Except those of us that had the courage to continue to learn and to move forward, we are still learning, though!.

This particular negligence, has caused so many people to withdraw from being members of hive after being onboarded. They clearly left hive saying, they're not encouraged to stay

I will suggest that we that are making all sincere deliberate daily efforts should be encouraged, allowed, supported to grow in lips and in bounds which should be a helpful tips to persuade our friends and many onboarded members that had left to return and keep moving forward in hive. You may not really know who they know that might become interested to join hive after seeing how elevated they themselves have become.

.This is very important if we want so many people to join Hive Ecosystem and stay permanently.

This is one of the major delays and reasons why many we have onboarded here left, they feel and say it's a waste of time staying, for not being rewarded according to their indepth performance creating contents and doing so many others as expected of them..
It's painful

I'm saying this from the grass root point of view of onboarding new Hivers. We know them and we hear their complains and know what they wished being a Hive member would have turned them to become.

It's so painful, let there be thorough checks and balances in this regard, many are complaining about this particular misplaced priority in the hive rewards pertains.
