Lukovdol and the Ivan Goran Kovačić Amphitheater
Good morning dear Friends and Photography Lovers 🙌📸
At the very beginning of this month, I was on a trip and journey through Gorski Kotar. Considering that I had been to Lukovdol a month ago, when it was covered in snow, I decided to visit again and chose a weekend that was bathed in sunshine. Lukovdol is the birthplace of the Croatian poet Ivan Goran Kovačić, it is a place where poetry lives in stone, forest and silence. In the amphitheater itself, there are stone steps surrounded by forest and as if they preserve the voice of the poet. It is also a memorial space dedicated to the poet.
So, let's go see together!
