Ceremonial Military Parade 2025 - Part Four

Hello dear Friends and Photography Lovers 🙌📸

Today my country celebrates Victory and Homeland Gratitude Day and Croatian Defenders' Day. In memory of the victory of the Croatian Army in the military-police operation Storm, which ended the war in my Croatia. We lived for over four years under shells and bombings with short periods of signed truces. We lived in fear for our loved ones, for our friends, for the city, for all of us. And how can we not celebrate freedom?

Before the photos, I will quote a poem written by Ivan Gundulić

O beautiful, O dear, O sweet freedom,
a gift in which all treasures the Most High God has bestowed upon us,
the cause of truth from all our glory,
the only ornament of this Dubrava,

Above the clouds, where the sky guards the borders of our homeland, members of the Croatian Air Force fly proudly. Brave pilots, technicians and all members of the aviation community invest their knowledge, skills and dedication every day to ensure the safety of our airspace and be ready to respond to any challenge.

Not only do they protect our Croatian sky - they are also an inspiration to young people, proof that with persistence, expertise and patriotism you can reach great heights.

From legendary MiGs to modern multi-role fighter jets, our air shield is a symbol of strength, determination, and the continuous struggle for peace and security.
