At dawn, I mounted my bicycle and moved through the stillness of the morning, for to begin the day with motion. The path was chosen not at random, but with awareness—each turn measured, like a general surveying the field before battle - meaning hit the down hill trail. Later, I gathered provisions with precision, knowing that even small tasks require discipline and foresight. In the afternoon, I sat in the garden, for he who knows rest as well as action is master of both.
