Once again, I have brought you another of my crafts and through a simple tutorial I will show you how this creation came to life. This time I wanted to pay tribute to another important sport, which, although I don't like it very much, is the national sport of my country, something that my friend @alto96 reminded me well. So thanks, bro, for giving me the idea to make this decoration.

As you may have already noticed, the sport I'm referring to is baseball, and to pay tribute to it I decided to create a magnet decorated in the shape of a baseball playing baseball with a smaller ball. And yes, I know it sounds like a tongue twister, but it's really just that: a baseball with a cap, glove and bat that's going to go play baseball sporting the Hive logo on its cap. Nuevamente, he traído para ustedes otra de mis manualidades y a través de un sencillo tutorial les mostraré cómo fue que cobró vida esta creación. Esta vez he querido rendir homenaje a otro importante deporte, el cual, si bien no me gusta mucho, es el deporte nacional de mi país, cosa que me recordó bien el amigo @alto96. Así que gracias, bro, por darme la idea de hacer esta decoración.

Como ya se habrán dado cuenta, el deporte al cual me refiero es el béisbol, y para rendirle homenaje he decidido crear un imán decorado con forma de pelota de béisbol que juega béisbol con una pelota más pequeña. Y sí, ya sé que parece un trabalenguas, pero en realidad es eso: una pelota de béisbol con gorra, guante y bate que va a ir a jugar béisbol luciendo el logotipo de Hive en su gorra. Step by step // Paso a paso

1️⃣ I will start by drawing each part of the ornament on a piece of paper and then cut it out using a pair of scissors. This time I couldn't share the molds to print, so you will have to use the first image to trace the molds.

Comenzaré dibujando cada parte del adorno en una hoja de papel para luego cortarlo utilizando unas tijeras. En esta ocasión no les pude compartir los moldes para imprimir, así que tendrán que usar la primera imagen para calcar los moldes.

2️⃣ With each of the pieces of paper I mark its silhouette on the fomi and cut them out, obtaining the independent parts that make up the ornament. The body of the ball, the small ball, the shoes and the gloves will be white, as well as the front part of the cap. The glove and the bat will be carmelite and skin color, respectively, leaving the cap in red and the extremities in black.

Con cada una de las piezas de papel marco su silueta sobre fomi y las recorto, obteniendo las partes independientes que conforman el adorno. El cuerpo de la pelota, la pelota pequeña, los zapatos y los guantes serán blancos, al igual que la parte frontal de la gorra. El guante y el bate serán color carmelita y color piel, respectivamente, quedando en rojo la gorra y en negro las extremidades.

3️⃣ On a large sheet of black fomi I glued little by little each part, starting with the cap. Under the cap I glued the body of the ball and under it the legs and shoes.

Sobre una lámina grande de fomi negro pegué poco a poco cada parte, empezando por la gorra. Debajo de la gorra pegué el cuerpo de la pelota y debajo de esta las piernas y los zapatos.

4️⃣ I continued gluing the rest of the parts and it was the turn of the arms. On the right side will go one arm with a glove and a ball, and on the left side will go the other arm with the bat. Finally, glue the front white part of the cap.

Continúo pegando el resto de las partes y fue el turno de los brazos. En el lado derecho irá un brazo con un guante y una pelota, y en el lado izquierdo irá el otro brazo con el bate. Por último, pega la parte blanca frontal de la gorra.

5️⃣ After gluing all the parts together, I took a black pen and marked the entire edge of the trim. With another red pen I drew the seams of the balls, both the big and the small one, and also the Hive logo on the cap. With a black ink pen I drew the face of the ball and with red ink the tongue.

Luego de pegar todas las partes, tomé un bolígrafo negro y marqué todo el borde del adorno. Con otro bolígrafo de color rojo dibujé las costuras de las pelotas, tanto la grande como la pequeña, y también el logotipo de Hive que lleva la gorra. Con una pluma de tinta negra dibujé la cara de la pelota y con tinta roja la lengua.

6️⃣ After waiting for the ink to dry well, I took the scissors again and cut out the black sheet on which I had glued each part of the ornament. This left only the silhouette of the ornament and its colorful parts on top.

Tras esperar que seque bien la tinta, tomé nuevamente las tijeras y recorté la lámina negra sobre la cual había pegado cada parte del adorno. De esta forma, quedó solamente la silueta del adorno y sus partes coloridas encima.

7️⃣ Last but not least, I take some magnets and glue them to the key points of the ornament, making sure that they will not come off or fall forward in the future. Remember, if you don't have magnets, you can use double-stick tape or some other type of adhesive.

Por último, pero no menos importante, tomo algunos imanes y los pego en los puntos clave del adorno, asegurándome de que en un futuro no se desprendan ni caigan hacia adelante. Recuerden que, en caso de no poseer imanes, pueden emplear cinta de doble contacto o algún otro tipo de adhesivo.
