Day 2459 | Full Day Of Skiing

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was another fun day where we went skiing from 09:20 to around 14:30 with a small break on the ski run at noon. The remainder of the day was quite chill with some resting, we went to the supermarket some way furtner with the car, ate in the evening and played some games before going to bed early. I did start watching my next anime series but only did one 20 minute episode so far which hasn't yet sold me. There are only 12 of them each of 20 Minutes so I will continue watching.


Daily Food Diary April
I ate a big breakfast with some oatmeal and banana + rice cracker with peanut butter. Skipped the afternoon food as I was not hungry and mainly ate bread with butter which is delicious here in France.
