A memory that makes my soul glad 🥲🤗 (ENG-ESP)

Today I want to share with you one of the most beautiful memories I had at the end of last year.

It turns out that I worked for three months in a kindergarten as an assistant in the children's room who are 2 to 3 years old.
Of course, when December arrived, one of the most anticipated activities was the educator's day.

I remember this day with a lot of love because it totally exceeded my expectations, all my co-workers are much older than me and I thought that in the middle of the activity I was going to feel excluded but on the contrary. They honestly are great and have never made me feel inferior.

First we had organized a recreational activity where all the children would participate in the company of their parents.
In the morning I received thousands of congratulations from everyone, I love that they recognize the work we do to educate and take care of the little ones at home that really is not easy at all because they demand a lot of energy.

The day didn't end there, of course, there was a surprise waiting for my classmates and me from the director of the Nursery, it was an invitation to have lunch at a restaurant that at least I had never been to, so the excitement was evident.

Anecdotes, laughter, dancing and gifts were what filled the place. I felt happy surrounded by all the people that although I had not known them for a long time, they already occupied a very nice place in my heart.
Pause to say that the food was 100/10, a delight in its entirety.

This day was not only the activity of the educator's day, it was also my farewell because I only worked filling the position of the previous assistant who was sick and had asked for a leave of absence.

I didn't imagine that the last day of work was going to coincide with that date, so for me it was like closing with a flourish.
Every time I remember, I get a smile on my face because I was really happy that day.

This was one of the many gifts I received from the parents, everyone gave us a little gift, they even made us a sweet but I forgot to take pictures of it.
It was never in my plans to be an educator and I also did not know that I had so much love to give to children but life puts you in the places where you can surpass yourself and without a doubt it was an unforgettable experience.

And as "to remember is to live again" I propose to treasure in my mind days like this that are worthwhile.

Un recuerdo que me alegra el alma.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes uno de los recuerdos más bonitos que he tuve a finales del año pasado.

Resulta que yo trabajé tres meses en una Guardería infantil como asistente en el salón de los niños que tienen de 2 a 3 añitos.
Por supuesto cuando llegó diciembre una de las actividades más esperadas fue la del día del educador.

Recuerdo este día con mucho amor porque superó totalmente mis expectativas, todas mis compañeras de trabajo son mucho mayores que yo y pensé que en medio de la actividad me iba a sentir excluida pero todo lo contrario. Ellas sinceramente son geniales y nunca me han hecho sentir inferior.

Primero teníamos organizada una actividad recreativa donde participarían todos los niños en compañía de sus padres.
En la mañana recibí miles de felicitaciones por parte de todos, me encanta que reconozcan el trabajo que hacemos para educar y cuidar a los más pequeños de casa que verdaderamente no es nada fácil porque demandan bastante energía.

El día no acabó ahí, por supuesto, nos esperaba a mis compañeras y a mí una sorpresa por parte del director de la Guardería, era una invitación para almorzar en un restaurante al cual por lo menos yo nunca había ido, así que la emoción era evidente.

Anécdotas, risas, bailes y regalos era lo que llenaba el local. Me sentí feliz rodeada de todas las personas que aunque no llevaba mucho tiempo conociéndolas ya ocupaban un lugar muy lindo en mi corazón.
Pausa para decir que la comida era 100/10, una delicia en su totalidad.

Este día no solo fue la actividad del día del educador, también fue mi despedida porque solo trabajé cubriendo el puesto de la anterior asistente que estaba enferma y había pedido una licencia.

No imaginé que el último día de trabajo iba a coincidir con esa fecha por lo cual para mí fue como cerrar con broche de oro.
Siempre que me acuerdo se me dibuja una sonrisa en el rostro porque de verdad ese día, fui feliz.

Este fue uno de los tantos regalos que recibí de los padres, todos nos regalaban un pequeño detalle, hasta nos hicieron un dulce pero olvidé tomarle fotos.
Nunca estuvo en mis planes ser educadora y tampoco sabía que tenía tanto amor para brindarles a los niños pero la vida te coloca en los lugares donde puedes superarte a ti misma y sin duda fue una experiencia inolvidable.

Y como "recordar es volver a vivir" yo me propongo atesorar en mi mente días como este que valen la pena.
