Unique Mango Wheat Loafs In Mango Shapes Recipe 🥭🌾

My today’s recipe with you is a special one made from whole mango and because we have mango 🥭 in abundance everywhere, its interesting to know that we can enjoy mangoes in varieties of ways and not just blending them into purees, smoothies or eating them raw as fruits 🥭.

Since we are still in mango season and with all kinds of varieties of species of mangoes and I thought of sharing a unique mango based recipe with you friends - a delicious and healthy mango wheat loafs 🥯 you will ever want to make.

If you love breads or desserts and want to make them in healthier way, this recipe is for you. This mango wheat loafs tastes so good that its almost unbearable its made with wheat. Although I have added a bit of oats for that fiber touch and nutty flavor in the bread.

The subtle hint of the mango 🥭 makes it a must try as a new way to enjoy mangoes.This recipe uses fresh mango pulps as its base, and every bite comes with the fragrance of mango. Its not in any way overpowering but absolutely soft and delicious as you cut bite into it.

The uniqueness also comes from the shapes I created out from this recipe, making and molding the dough into mango 🥭 shapes for that attractive creativity children will like if you want to make a mango loafs for the family. And since this recipe is made with fresh mango pulp, it needs to be consumed within two days for that freshness.

Here I share this perfect delicious tea ☕️ time loafs 🥯with you.

INGREDIENTS:

200 g of wheat flour
100 g of all purpose flour
70 g of white oats flakes
40 g of premium sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine
One big fresh mango 🥭
35 g of non diary creamer
11/2 dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 ml of warm spring water

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.


We start this recipe by first washing and cutting the mango to readily keep the pulps. As above.

Step 2.



Next we add the flours in a larger bowl 🥣, starting with the wheat, the all purpose and the oats. And we stir them together

Step 3.

We add the dry ingredients into the flours. The yeast, salt, sugar and the non diary creamer. And stir properly incorporating.

Step 4.

We add the margarine, using our finger tips to properly incorporate .


Add the mango pulps too and stir to incorporate .

Step 5.

To obtain our dough, we add some warm water gradually.

Stirring to form a dough .


Using the finger tips to knead into a fine smooth dough

Step 6.

Once the dough is ready, we flour the table , lay the dough and cut into two (2) and into (4) four. As above

And mold each into a mango 🥭 shape.

Place in a glazed pan and allow to rise for 20 minutes

Step 7.

We take it into the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 Celsius.

And here added some margarine sugar coating for more deliciousness.

Reheat for few second and allow to cool down before we serve.
