Sauteed Garlic Onion Tomatoes Garnished Boiled Potatoes Recipe

Am wishing you all a healthy and fulfilling week with all you desire to achieve this week. And I hope your expectations come to materialize for the joy to eat healthy foods.

Today, am not sharing this meal of sautéed garlic 🧄, onions 🧅 and tomatoes garnished boiled potatoes as just a recipe , but also how you need to know how healthy you are eating when organics are combined in a meal like sweet boiled potatoes 🍠. And why you need more of sweet potatoes as a meal to be included your diet.

Researching more sometimes this past week on sweet potatoes 🍠 and why do I love ❤️ this plant 🌱 root tuber food, because I never want to miss out on sweet potatoes during groceries and which is why its always found in my pantry.

Research showed me that sweet potatoes 🍠 are one food adults and aging persons needs constantly for stronger muscles and for the support of bone health among other eight foods. Potatoes 🍠, banana 🍌, beans of all kinds, spinach, almond, kale 🥬. The other two are yogurt 🍦 and salmon 🍣 which are not vegan 🌱 related.

So if we must stay on our feet even after 80 years, we must start now to eat the foods that will support our muscles and bone health. Eating and regulating them from time to time.

Sweet potatoes 🍠 are one food that is versatile in our kitchens because we can prepare them in many recipes. And today I wanted it simply boiled, but have to prepare this delicious healthy gravy to enjoy it as lunch 🥙. Nothing beats garlic 🧄, onions 🧅 and tomatoes that is well sautéed.

Simple , delicious and so tasty that you will love to try this lunch out. Below I share the step by step process with you all.

INGREDIENTS: ( one serving)

1 large sweet potatoes
2 large tomatoes
1/2 of a large ball of onions
1 large clove of garlic
1 medium fresh hot pepper
2 caps of 5 ml vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of curry powder

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

Since we will want to enjoy the potatoes hot, we will start by washing and slicing the tomatoes, the onion, the pepper then we chop the garlic

We will cut the potato in rounds above

And peel them gradually here above

Step 3.

We will soak it for about ten (10) minutes to remove some starch (optional ).

Step 4.

Next, we will seat the frying pan on the cooker, add the oil to heat up a bit before we add the garlic and the onions to fry and sauté

Stir at intervals and allow to brown a bit.

Step 5.

Here, we will add the sliced tomatoes, stir to incorporate them together

Step 6.

Once they are properly sautéed, we add just little salt and the curry powder while lowering heat.

Stir them together and its ready

We seat our potatoes 🍠to boil and cook, adding salt before we cover.

And once it cooks, we sieve and serve.hot.

Sweet potatoes are mostly enjoyed hot to avoid the hardness when its cold , both when boiled, fried and even porridge potatoes meats. So you must make whatever sauce for it readily if its going to be boiled

Don’t underestimate this plant sweet healthy food because the sugar in it is very natural research has said. A versatile tuber that is inexpensive and can be bought anywhere, anytime and any day. Enjoy friends .
