Hello, Hive community. Today I want to share with you an activity assigned by our Literature teacher, @cositav. This time I did an analysis of Romanticism, a literary movement.

Romanticism was a literary and artistic movement that emerged in the late 18th century and developed throughout the 19th century. Romanticism is a very interesting literary movement because it emphasized personal feelings and thoughts, as a way of breaking with the strict rules of Neoclassicism, where everything had to be very orderly and logical.

The Romantics wanted to express real emotions, such as love, sadness, or loneliness, and not just write to fulfill conventions.

I think one of the most beautiful aspects of Romanticism is how they use nature. It's not just there to describe a landscape, but it reflects what the characters or even the authors feel. A storm can reveal inner conflict or deep sadness, as can a sunny landscape of flowers on a beautiful day.

The Romantics were also interested in the history, traditions, and legends of their country. This gives their works more depth and allows us to better understand the culture of their time.

This demonstrates that Romanticism changed literature because it allowed authors to write from their inner selves, revealing their emotions and thoughts. This makes it a more relatable and human movement, because all the emotions they portray are still easy to feel and understand today.

Romanticismo fue un movimiento literario y artístico que nació a finales del siglo XVIII y se desarrolló durante el siglo XIX. El Romanticismo es un movimiento literario muy interesante porque le dio importancia a lo que sentimos y pensamos de manera personal, como una forma de romper con las reglas estrictas del Neoclasicismo, donde todo debía ser muy ordenado y lógico.

Los románticos querían expresar emociones reales, como el amor, la tristeza o la soledad, y no solo escribir por cumplir normas.

Me parece que algo muy bonito del Romanticismo es cómo usan la naturaleza. No está ahí solo para describir un paisaje, sino que refleja lo que sienten los personajes o incluso los autores. Una tormenta puede mostrar un conflicto interno o tristeza profunda, así como un paisaje de flores con sol de un día hermoso.

Los románticos también se interesaban por la historia, las tradiciones y las leyendas de su país. Eso hace que sus obras tengan más profundidad y que podamos conocer mejor la cultura de su tiempo.

Lo que demuestra es que el Romanticismo cambió la literatura porque permitió que los autores escribieran desde su interior, dejando ver sus emociones y pensamientos. Eso lo hace un movimiento más cercano y humano, porque todas las emociones que muestran siguen siendo fáciles de sentir y entender hoy en día.
