Hello Shadow Hunters community, once again I’m posting in this community and doing so to take part in the ShadowHunters SMASh Contest, round 434.

ShadowHunters SMASh Contest – The Shadow of the Beach Boardwalk

During one of my recent visits to Varadero, I walked along one of the wooden boardwalks that cross the dunes and provide easy access to the beach without affecting the natural environment.

As I crossed it, something immediately caught my attention.

The railing projected a beautiful pattern of shadows onto the walkway. The sunlight filtered through the spaces between the rails, creating a series of parallel lines that accompanied every step I took.

I stopped for a moment to admire the scene.

Although hundreds of people probably cross this walkway every day, not everyone notices the beauty created by the combination of sunlight and architecture. Sometimes, the simplest structures offer the most interesting shadows.

I liked the rhythm those lines created and how they seemed to guide the way toward the sea.

It reminded me that shadows are capable of transforming even the most ordinary places into something worth observing.

That is why I decided to capture this moment and share it with all of you today.

And this is my entry for this week's contest.

Concurso ShadowHunters SMASh – La sombra de la pasarela hacia la playa

Durante una de mis recientes visitas a Varadero, caminé por una de las pasarelas de madera que cruzan la duna y facilitan el acceso a la playa sin afectar el entorno natural.

Mientras la atravesaba, algo llamó de inmediato mi atención.

La baranda proyectaba un hermoso patrón de sombras sobre la pasarela. La luz del sol se filtraba entre los espacios de la estructura, creando una serie de líneas paralelas que acompañaban cada paso hacia el mar.

Me detuve un momento para admirar la escena.

Aunque probablemente cientos de personas crucen esta pasarela cada día, no todos se detienen a observar la belleza que surge de la combinación entre la luz del sol y la arquitectura. A veces, las estructuras más sencillas son las que regalan las sombras más interesantes.

Me gustó el ritmo que formaban esas líneas y cómo parecían señalar el camino hacia la playa.

Me recordó que las sombras tienen la capacidad de transformar los lugares más cotidianos en escenas dignas de contemplar.

Por eso decidí capturar este momento y compartirlo hoy con todos ustedes.
