NEGATIVE LIFESTLYES AND ITS EFFECTS ON YOUNG PEOPLE

Where do you grow up? How were you trained as child? How do you live your life for others to see?

All this matters in life. The kind of life style you grow up with as young people matters as this will always make you be who you are. We have positive and negative behavior. It is always choosing the right one that matters, as we sometimes chose the negative behavior.

I’ll be discussing on the negative behavior. Growing up in an environment were negative societal acts is are conducted may always influence you. This may at times lead you to doing or joining them in those wrong acts like;

1. Thief
2. thugs
3. Drug trafficking
4. Drugs abuse
5. Smuggling
6. Human traffickers
7. Hoodlum
8. Arm robbers etc.

You may always want to belong to any of these groups due to influence from your friends, elders, sibling or even parents. Some chose to engage for money, influence, power, fame and so on. Some of kids may chose not to join or belong to such groups as they know the effects of belonging to such groups. Kids with no one to help them may choose to follow these negative path just to care for themselves and siblings. They sometimes know the consequences of joining such groups but still decided to join. Children with low parental training may fall victims to these as they were not well trained by their parents.

Some kids even with a good parental background still chose to follow these path. They chose to live a rough and carefree life which always affect their future. They chose to be criminals and run criminal activities in the society causing problems to the innocents and disturbing the peace of the society.

This behavior may lead to them losing their lives and love ones, ending up in jail etc.

EFFECT OF NEGATIVE BEHAVIOURAL STYLE
• Loss of life and properties
• Destruction of ones future
• War
• Insecurity
• Fear and so on.

Good measures have been put in place to enlighten and educate the people in the society to do away with this negative societal behaviors which always leads to loss of life and properties in the society but still people still engage in it. Some do just to destroy the future of the young ones who they are training to become criminals in the society.

We must not push them aside due to their negative behavior but treat them as brothers and sisters. We should enlighten them, tell them the negative effect of what they are doing and also help them to change from these wrong behavior. Let’s help to make our society good again, let us show positive behavior towards our society. Always encourage positive behaviors.
