Sandra’s Dancing Career.
The aroma of cocktails wafted through the air with everyone dancing like a leaf in the wind and they didn’t care who was looking at them.
Sandra, the coolest girl on campus was sitted on the bar stool, sipping her glass of champagne while she watched every other dance at the party like she was grieving.
“If you’re still sitting, you’re letting the party pass you by,” this felt like a commandment to everyone at Priscilla’s birthday party and immediately hype emcee said so, everyone got their dancing shoes ready but there’s still one more person who has refused to stand up and shake her body.
Sandra didn’t care if the party would pass her by. She wasn’t used to the environment nor used to partying so this made her feel like a novice that she truly was.
Surprisingly, the lights were off, the disc jockey tuned in the song to a different one already which mostly connotes the arrival of a recognized person.
“Who are those coming in? Are they ballers?” So many people murmured and when the unknown set of people finally got in, they were the Paso guys, the biggest guys on campus.
The Paso guys are every ladies dream on campus and even the biggest girls wish to have a relationship with the least of those guys.
Paso guys never go to any party without spraying some money.
All of a sudden, Sandra sighted ten bundles of one thousand Naira notes each and she immediately got herself in the groove.
Even if she doesn’t know how to dance, Sandra stood up and moved closer to the Paso guys so she will be sprayed some money.
The DJ switched back to his regular hip hop music and Sandra began to dance like no one is watching. At the moment, it felt like dancing was her hidden talent.
“Isn’t this that gentle girl in our department who barely talks to people? How come she’s a good dancer and a good partier but we didn’t know about it?,” one of the girl in the crowd asked her friend after sighting Sandra as she unleashed her dancing skils for everyone to see.
From azonto dance to break dancing, to street dancing and to every kind of dance but Sandra got discouraged after dancing for almost a full hour and not sprayed a dime.
“These guys ain’t even paying attention to me,” she says to herself and brought out her wipes to clean her sweaty face.
“Girl, you dance so well that everyone’s got their eyes on you,” the head of Paso guys tells Sandra when she was just about to give up on dancing and out of the blues, he throws at her a bundle of one thousand Naira notes which equals a hundred thousand Naira and he unbundles the second bundle and starts to spray Sandra while she was twerking like she owns the dance floor.
These guys barely focus on just a lady but on this night, Sandra became the center of attraction with her dancing skills.
This night, even the biggest girls didn’t get a dime from the biggest partiers. All eyes were on Sandra’s twerking and dancing style.
Some other girls even tried to move close to Sandra and dance with her maybe they will get sprayed by the Paso boys but her dancing style felt like her lucky charm as the Paso boys were very picky about whom to spray their money on.
When the party ended, Sandra didn’t just go home with numerous bundles of one thousand Naira note, she as well got a free ride in the head of Paso boys GLK350 Mercedes Benz.
“Four hundred and twenty thousand Naira? I can’t believe this,” Sandra screams on the top of her bed, makes a video of her money and posts it online for the whole school to see.
No one has ever made such huge amount from dancing at a party in the whole school but the coolest girl, Sandra breaks that record.
“Girl, I never knew you party this hard. It will be nice to have you in our midst so we can go to parties together,” one of the biggest girls approached Sandra as she sights Sandra as an asset and one who will be useful to their dancing clique.
Sandra, who’s once a cool girl became one of the greatest partier in school and also with the best dancing skill. Also, there was nowhere Sandra will dance and she won’t get sprayed either by the Paso boys or some other big partiers on campus.
That’s the beginning of Sandra’s dancing career and she danced till her final day on campus.
I would be so happy if I were Sandra too, going home with 420k in this economy is a lot.
Everyone will appreciate a whooping amount of 420k
