The idea of earning satoshis just by walking or playing chess sounds both fun and motivating.
I am using ZBD for a similar thing. You get Sats for filling questionaires, playing Games etc. Best ist The Daily Poll. Sats - mostly 10-30 - for answering one Single question Like what is you favourite Action Movie? Had a post a few months ago about it. Brings in several hundred Sats per month.
