My Introduction Post to Hive

My name is Emmanuel Chima Okafor. I live in Nigeria specifically in Lagos. To be honest and my real life isn't entirely in Lagos. I'm originally from a small village there and I spend most of my time there. My main job is at a small clothing store in my village. I help sell clothes and organize the store and of course and I work with the people around me whom I consider like family.

I have a brother and a sister and there are three of us at home with my parents. My father is an agricultural engineer a man who has always loved the land and working on it. My mother is a simple housewife who has always cared for us and looked after our home. She cares for us the most. The family atmosphere at home is very warm and I feel like they are the true support in my life.

Although my work at the clothing store isn't related to technology at all as I've long been very interested in things like cryptocurrencies and I love following the news about them every day and seeing where the market is headed. I'm incredibly curious to understand more and deeper into this field. I've always felt that cryptocurrencies aren't just a fad or a trend as they're the future of the entire world, especially in countries like Nigeria, where many young people like me are eager to find a new opportunity for a better life.

That's why I feel the time has come for me to start a new experience with Hive. I've heard a lot about it and seen people talking about the opportunities it offers whether in content creation or even investing and interacting with a huge global community. I'm excited to enter this experience and see for myself what I can learn how I can develop myself and how to achieve my dream of finding an additional source of income and living a better life.
