One can't help but to think of the dark days in summer. While the world enjoys the warmth and the sun within the summer time frame. In our company, we are experiencing dark days in summer. While it might not be dark as to the real darkness where there is no light, but in this season, it is really as though we really do not have light in the company.

While we forge ahead with our latest product to launch int the market, there is a constant ask for more on our output without spending and it seemed like a bottomless pit which we had already dug to the depths where we already found breakthrough. The demand now is as though we need not use any form of operational cost. Overtime is expected but will not be paid. I am not sure how much more we squeeze out before people just throw in the towel.

Let's hope this period end soon.
