Santiago de Cuba bay: the nautic club view

It was not exactly a walk, because I live a little bit away from the area. Here transport is scarce and expensive, so I usually move by bike when there are distances of more than 2 km, otherwise I walk. In this case I did the tour by bike. I had to meet a friend and I chose an area that was close to his house and that for me did not require climbing any hills. So the chosen point was La Alameda, located on the boardwalk that covers a part of the Bay of Santiago de Cuba.

Like my friend I had not arrived and the sun was strong, I looked for a place to wait. Luckily for me, the Nautic Club was open. This place has declined a lot, little offer and an adventurous style. For the excellent location and view it has you could expect more.

There was almost no one, just a couple at a far table, Luckily for me because maybe that's why they let me access with the bike.

If you don't know Santiago de Cuba, you should know that it is a city surrounded by mountains. This makes the view especially beautiful in this place.

While I waited, I had a beer to cool off the heat. Later my friend arrived and we were talking about aspirations and work.

This has been my Wednesday walk, but I can't leave without leaving you the beautiful views that you can enjoy in this place. A place that also lends itself to a day of coworking with friends.

Estube ahí cuando visité Santiago el año pasado. Mi Santiago. Una vista preciosa, sin dudas.
