I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #975 - 9,200 HP Surpassed, and Strategic Asset Leveraging - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Saturday, March 29, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

I just noticed this morning., much to my satisfaction, that I had crossed the threshold of 9,200 Hive Power, and a little ahead of schedule (at least in terms of my weekly goals) at that, so a very nice surprise. That's one benefit of when HIVE's fiat price goes lower, because the HP APR goes up, so our Hive Power grows faster. This also highlights the fact that regardless of market conditions, there are always ways to keep building, growing, and succeeding.

Some benefits, like the above-mentioned increase in HP APR, happen automatically, while others require strategic planning to effectively and efficiently leverage assets, in the best possible way. The 'best possible way' often changes over time, of course, which means that periodic adjustments, tweaks, and changes are just as important. Asset management is equal parts the regular, consistent, habitual tasks, as well as keeping a pulse on possible leveraging opportunities, and strategically taking advantage of them when they arise.

As development continues on Hive, new asset-leveraging opportunities also keep appearing on the horizon, which is another reason to stay informed on what is being developed and rolled out within the Ecosystem. Liquidity to be able to take advantage of opportunities is of course important, which is partly why diversified investments are so useful, because they offers more possible assets to use or liquidate when the need arises.

One such newer development, that continues rise in significance for me as a possibly excelllent way to grow assets, is Hive.Trading, which offers four different AI-bot trading profiles to trade between HIVE and HBD. As I've mentioned in these posts, I've been experimenting with the bot profiles, one profile per month, to see which one actually works the best with the present market conditions. I've already tested three, with the last one about to be started. From my present experience, I can say that two of the bots are indeed able to grow assets over time, one more strongly than the other. I've been testing with a small amount of HIVE and HBD, so to see growth in these assets is excellent, because it means that adding much larger quantities of them to the trading pool would likely generate a notable profit, which means more liquidity to leverage and invest.

I just have one bot profile to test over one more month. Once that test is complete, I'll assess the bots' effectiveness, and choose the winner to run for six months straight. An idea around this popped into my mind today. What if I were to withdraw my nice chunk of HBD from Savings, and add it into the trading pool for the 6-month run? Now that is an intriguing idea indeed! I just need to make sure that profits exceed 15%, otherwise there's no point. We shall see. Another possible profit-generating opportunity that is also buzzing around in my mind is to temporarily liquidate a portion of something (not yet decided what) to acquire more XV tokens, which represent a diversified basket of 15 off-chain crypto assets, invested and grown over a two-year period, and then bought back by the SPinvest team with some of the profit. Presently the profit would be about 3.6x the initial investment, so almost four fold, and there are just 9 weeks left until it's wrapped up. The only way for a notable erosion of profits to occur would be if HIVE rose strongly in fiat price. While I have no doubt that this will happen at some point, I'm guessing that its price will stay in the range that is has for at least a bit longer, so I think that acquiring mods XV would likely be a very good idea. Presently there are good numbers of XV tokens for sale on the market for a quite low price, so this is an ideal time to get ahold of more. Now I just need liquidity!

Yesterday, Saturday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, just after 2PM, putting my focus first on photography for these posts, and for my entry in the Reflection Hunters Contest. Once I had a nice batch of photos, I made myself some food (ground beef, eggs, onions, tomatoes, spicy salsa, pepperjack cheese, and sea salt), and after enjoying that, I got my machete and collected a wheelbarrow full of assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food. With cow food done, I went to work in my recently-recalaimed nursery behind the Landing for a little while, repotting and up-potting plants in need. When I finished in the nursery for the day, I cleaned up, collected my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and then I made my way back to the Flow House, to get into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I finished everything quite early again, and after some asset management, writing and publishing My Entry for Reflection Hunters Contest: Round 212 - Cacao Reflections, and a bit more engagement, I went to bed at 12:30AM. I woke up just before 7AM, having slept fairly well, doing more asset management, starting on this post, then getting out of bed around 7:30AM to go make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, and taking a few photos, before returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 1PM, so a marvelous time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to first focus on photography for these posts, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
