Day of 2025-06-15

I got back to running yesterday morning, and it felt great to return to the rhythm of the trail. Clearing out some mental fog I’d been carrying, and by the end of the run, I felt noticeably lighter—both physically and mentally. It’s always surprising how just a few days off can make the return feel like a reset. The legs needed a little extra time to warm up, but once I found my pace, everything clicked into place. Starting the day like that reminds me why I keep the habit—it sets a strong, positive tone for whatever comes next.

On the crypto side, HBD has now taken the lead in the portfolio, pushing past LTC in terms of impact. It’s not a massive margin, but the volume is higher, and the returns feel more balanced because of it. The distribution looks fairer now, with less reliance on a single token and more stability overall. That shift makes me feel a bit more secure, especially with the market moving sideways lately. I’ll be keeping a close eye on how it plays out, but for now, HBD is earning its spot at the top.

How good that you have resumed the habit of running, it seems that it was a very revitalizing experience for you.
It is incredible how something as simple as a career can have such a positive impact on the body and mind.

While it is impossible to predict the exact time of a person’s death, a new test can help individuals lead healthier lives. This test, known as the DNA-methylation test, measures a person's intrinsic capacity (IC). Those with a high IC tend to have longer disease-free lives, whereas individuals with a low IC are more prone to various illnesses. Fortunately, there are ways to improve your IC!

To learn more about intrinsic capacity and the test, check out this Medical News Today article. Stay healthy, and stay !ALIVE
