Happy midweek 🎉 I'd say I'm thankful that today was better than yesterday. I'm not sure why since it rained yesterday, and it didn't today. Yet somehow I was not feeling too good when night time came. That's one reason why I took that nap around past ten pm. I could hardly stay awake. I thought it would be a few minutes of nap alone. It turned out I slept for around four hours and got up to finish my tasks. It's a good thing the TV turned off by itself. I think it automatically does that when left idle for a while.

Despite my broken sleep, I did not have difficulty waking up this morning. Whew! Thankfully, it was a pretty slow day at work. 😊 I managed to do all that I'm supposed to. I also received a total of nine postcards -- one of which is from my daughter. To date, she has sent me 26 postcards from Spain already. 😆 I keep all her postcards in a special box. ❤️

I share updates about the home or the garden on midweek. If you follow my posts, you would have known about my busted cpu due to power fluctuations. Well, I got this A.I.O. (all in one) pc as replacement. Did you know that I actually dream of owning an AIO? I almost bought one for myself but I settled for a typical cpu and monitor. Anyway, this is my work pc. See that keyboard? I labeled it work as I have two of these wireless keyboards that I use side by side during the day. 😆

Alas, freedom.. makes me wonder if we are truly free these days. 🤔 For those who are working, aren't we just plantation workers from slavelandia? Is there a way to break free from the cycle? I'd love that so I could truly own my time. I'd love to be able to do what I need and want when I can. That's one reason why outsourcing the daily cleaning of the litter boxes was such a good idea. It buys me more time for myself too. I'm sure there's a lot more about freedom that we can talk about. One is freedom from censorship, from disinformation, or even manipulation. Then there's the rise of AI technology that threatens our humanity. Will it give rise to transhumans? I seriously do not have an answer. One thing I enjoy though is freedom from social media. I hardly spend a lot of time there. When I watch the news, it's only about the weather mostly. 😆 That gives me more peace of mind. I do keep informed of what's generally happening around the globe. I just don't dwell too much into anything. 😝

Nine days and counting... yup! I've started my countdown now. 😆 It's one of my favorite pastimes these days. I do love the days of the month when all the monthly dues and bills have been settled. I get more peace of mind during those days. The arrival of a new month always brings worries as strict budgeting is needed to last the entire month.

I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I'm focused more on payouts from LL. Since I just recently cashed out, I'm on my journey to reach another payout. $9 to go. 😆

A nap after 10 pm!!! Is it even called a nap? It's sleeping time! So, it's not surprising that you ended up sleeping for 4 hours! That's normalcy I think.

Yeah I came across a video talking about biphasic sleep. Apparently that's what happened to me. !LOL one thing for sure it's not really for me. I did find a temporary solution and that's a cup of coffee, enough to keep awake till bedtime beckons. 😆

Yes I was surprised it was 2 AM. I did get to write my post and finish the pending tasks I forgot before going back to sleep. Whew! I managed to wake up for my alarm clock without feeling too sleepy, thankfully 🙏 !LOL
