What could be more wonderful than the Christmas 🎄🎅Holiday . Especially as we have worked and toil through the year, I feel its the best holiday for everyone which gives us the opportunity to celebrate 🎉 with family, loved 🥰 ones and friends.

The month of December is generally a month for everyone to take holiday both workers, students and even those in businesses and that is why its the best holiday season without excuses for vacation or holidays because its a must we stay off even if its just for a week.

I love this season so much because its always a wonderful moment of the year when we get the opportunity to create bonds that brings the most memories that we always look back at, especially those we share with our family and friends that never leaves us in a hurry.

December is the most busiest month for me as a Realtor because many who wants to celebrate 🎉 in a new environment will make sure that you are on your feet 🦶 once December month starts. So am always prepared to work and assist my clients, taking them for inspection and many who really want to move to new apartment are always willing to pay 💰 and seal the deal. Its also encouraging to help out clients during this period due to how many has worked harder to save up money for change of environment and will not want to spend it in other things that comes with Christmas celebration 🎄🎅. Its always a time to look forward to for more serious business deals.

I have also noticed that some families who are expecting their loved 🥰 ones from overseas or abroad are also wanting to either move to a bigger apartment or make sure look for something more decent if they have stayed in their previous apartment for many years., so its the best season for Realtors to seal businesses because the month of January which is the first month of every new year is always hard financially, as many spends so much celebrating 🥳.

However, working during this period does not hinder my plans for Christmas 🎄 since I make sure to take the weekends to be shopping 🛍, and thanks to the online sourcing for purchase of some items that can be delivered on pay on delivery 🚚. And this most times makes things so easy because of the rush during this season.

Black Friday is also something I don’t miss every end of the year because of how prices are slashed into two(2) giving one the opportunity to spend less on some certain items. And I usually use this time to buy most needed items that will be delivered to the house before I pay 💰. My girls are always delighted with Black Friday which enables to enjoy what ever they want from we their parents, and since prices are slashed, its worth investing into.

In conclusion, my holiday during this season starts from 20th of December, which gives me extra four (4) days to Christmas 🎄 to look into what is still pending for the family and friends celebration 🎉 and how our outings will be if we are not traveling out of the city 🌆. And within this four days , some left out cleaning and final arrangements are put in place, although I usually just hire hands to assist in cleaning before this time while decorating the house 🏡 because we love ❤️ to celebrate 🎉 in clean environment. And stopping work from 20th of December will take me through to 20th of every January of the next year to allow businesses and other things pick up. A long holiday indeed, but one that is so enjoyable.
