Reincarnation is just a belief
Life is the most uncertain thing, and death is the most certain thing in this world. Every living creature will die for sure after a certain time, which can be considered a limited time, and there is no way to come back to life or be reborn. I mean the reincarnation. Do you think that reincarnation is possible?
Reincarnation is still a controversial topic because, based on scientific data, it's not a possible thing, and so science does not support it, but human beliefs are another powerful thing that love to believe in miracles, and their belief is so powerful that they don't consider the science when it becomes conflicting with their belief. It can be considered a matter of religion. Some religions say that reincarnation is possible, and some religions say it's an impossible thing. So in my opinion, the thoughts of reincarnation mostly come from religion, if I am not wrong.
Based on my religion, reincarnation is impossible, but some religions say that the spirit is immortal and it can return. I have seen many Chinese dramas where I have seen that gods and devils go through reincarnation for trial or for something else. Based on the theory of drama, as long as the spirit is intact, it's possible to reincarnate again and again. That means there is no death for it.
Let's imagine it's possible to reincarnate, and in that case, all humans should have the power of it. In that case, everyone should be able to return to life again and again. If that was the case, then why can't I remember anything about the past? If you say we have no way to remember our past, then I must ask you why you think you are a reincarnated one. And what is the necessity of reincarnation if one can't remember the past life?
Some people say that only a few people can reincarnate. In that case, I think it's an injustice to the other spirits. Does it mean God is doing injustice to us? In that case, what is the meaning of God if God does injustice? That means you are doubting God? By the way, I hope nobody will start a controversy here about the existence of God, as I am not knowledgeable enough to comfort you with it. I am just trying to assume a scenario, and that's all. I don't have any intention to hurt anyone. If that happens, then don't hesitate to inform me because I am not here to hurt anyone. I hope you can understand.
There are many people who claim that they were reincarnated, but their proof was not enough, and so that was not convincing enough. Now, if you ask me if I believe in it, then obviously I don't believe in reincarnation. Even if it becomes possible, I think there is no benefit in it. So why should I bother myself believing such a thing, which is not convincing enough to make me believe?

Reincarnation is an interesting idea, and I have some thoughts on it.
I think that if we had lived prior lives our memories of those previous lives would have been erased, because memories are stored in our brain matter, which decomposes when we die. That doesn't mean our "spirit" or "soul" was not the life force within an animal in the past.
If we can be "re-born" is there some kind of hierarchy that we must follow? For example, I find it hard to believe that a human would die and be reborn as a dog or a mouse or a beetle, or a microorganism. Perhaps we are making our way up a ladder over time to finally reach enlightenment.
Or maybe we are all just manifestations of a collective consciousness that come and go over time. I have heard the analogy that the ocean is like consciousness and each human being is just a wave. When we crash on the beach (die), we simply return to the ocean (consciousness).
Hard to figure it out as a thinking human. Perhaps it will all make sense when our time finally comes.
I also heard about those thing what you said here but I am just wondering what is the benefit of reincarnation if we can't remember our past. It's always a fresh start who born in this world and it's a new spirit. I think feeling that way is more convincing to me.
Whatever, it's controversial and there is nothing we can prove even if we say many thing here.

I suppose reincarnation could have to do with our spiritual progress, rather than advancing mentally.
Who knows, maybe if we meditate long enough we will find the answer haha

I sometimes think about it too. In fact, a while back, out of curiosity, I looked up my destiny matrix online. But honestly, it's just a thought for me; I don't see it as a possibility.
I believe in the immortality of the soul, and that each life is unique and unrepeatable. However, if someone believes differently, I respect it. After all, everyone is free to think however they want, and this is a topic that can't be proven, so we'll never know if it's true or not.
And I think this makes it more interesting because it generates that intrigue.
That's true. I have no problem with anyone who love to believe it and I think they have the right. There is no proof of it and so it will bring controversy if we force anyone.

It is an interesting subject, but like you said, no proof exists. If it were possible, how cool it would be to choose which we would become, hehe!

According to my religion, reincarnation is possible. It is said that all of us get reincarnated 7 times and a human life is the last. So according to that, I will not be reincarnated again and I've exhausted my lives lol. I don't particularly belive in this and think that we just vanish in the universe once we are dead.
Hmm. I think there are many kind of believer and everyone has the right to believe what they want. I don't have anything to prove. I just shared my thoughts about it.
