Rain, More Rain, 3DP, PDC, Bike Ride To Lake With Boys - Sunday

Slept way better night before last, last night was again PURE SHIT! I would love to cut the right half off of me and replace it with a half that is not in constant pain. Not sure the massive difference between the evenings to try and figure out what might be precipitating this atrocious sleep pattern I have. I am NOT having alcohol so that isn't seeming to be it...

Was up early enough to see the PDC matches first thing at 4am yesterday.

There was still small bits of snow around the farm but much of the region had melted already.

The week of shit weather and full on Spring conditions.

Found legs to print to support my laptop which work really nicely and are way better than the lifts I had under.

Mid day the final match was good as GVV got a 9 darter but Littler went on to win as per his norm.

Once the match was over the boys and I headed out for the lake on our bikes. A band of showers had passed around earlier and we got out in the gap between cells.

3 miles to the lake and the trail takes us to the road on the south end.

The upgraded pathway is nice and smooth except for one section that is root heaved still. There were a number of people out and the one dock was loaded with people fishing. The docks across the lake were empty and they could have spread out a bit more with a little walking.

The lake was free of ice again now that the temps are so high, 50F the last week of February is a bit extreme.

Headed for home the clouds looked nifty as we rode down the steep hill.

It was about 50F in the warmest of the day.

7+ mile ride in under an hour was pretty good.

Made dinner, worked on dishes, sorted R's clothes for size, practiced guitar, and am seemingly unable to find good handholds in the shit covered walls of the cave I have dug myself into to try and get my head into the light and out of the dark abyss I seem stuck in.

Down to one #vice left to stop in the next days and I am hoping my head can handle all this... What takes many people months or years to accomplish with just one vice I am trying to do in weeks with ALL my vices... #fml (Though managing this along with life and the shit cave is becoming more and more difficult...)

Today it is to be raining more, will get the boys to school in a couple hours, will install the bike rack on my bike, paint, practice, house cleaning, maybe work on the greenhouse prep for seeds sooner than later, then R has practice tonight so will have dinner ready early.

I've reached out my hand, I've offered ideas and suggestions and requests, go back and reread the journal and comments and you'll learn a lot. But if you keep turning away from the light I try to shine, if you refuse to take my outstretched hand, there's literally nothing I can do to help you.
