Although it's holidayseason, I am having busy days. Work definitely didn't calm down as it used to when it were holidays but I guess that's a good sign for our company, right? So, I won't complain about that. Anyways, today another post about Stakehouse Den. It's been a while since I have written about Hive's latest online social casino so here I am. A lot has changed since my last article so I thought it's time to once again write about it.

What's Stakehouse Den?

As already stated above, Stakehouse Den is a social casino. A social casino means that you don't have to throw in 'real money'. You just play with paper money so you can't go bankrupt. People who like to play casinostyle games can enjoy these without risking their hard earned money. As I like to play casino games as well, I enjoy to play in a social casino once in a while. I don't want to bet money as I know only the casino wins, atleast in the longterm.

On Stakehouse Den you can play the following games: Slots, Blackjack and Roulette. Later on Video Poker will be added as well, though for now that one isn't available yet. Probably later in time even more games will be added as well but as far as I know, none are confirmed yet.

Stakehouse Den is part of Arcade Colony, a platform where you can play different arcade style games. Probably the most known one at the moment is Moonkarts. The goal is to get more games added over time as well. Arcade Colony is owned by Invenium Corp, which is a subsidiary owned 100% by Splinterlands. Thus atleast you know that there are trustworthy people behind the project.

Tokens Rewards went live

As I already stated in my title, recently Stakehouse Den succesfully launched token rewards. This means that for playing their game, you'll be rewarded with tokens. The tokens you'll be able to receive are $COLONY tokens which are the native tokens of Arcade Colony. As stated, that's the arcade gaming platform of which Stakehouse Den is part of.

To prevent abuse, you will need to have some $HOTSAUCE to be able to play. Don't panic though as you earn $HOTSAUCE daily until your refrigerator is completely filled. So, don't forget to check out Stakehouse Den every once in a while if you don't want to lose out on this free $HOTSAUCE opportunity.

Conclusion

I think it's great to see that StakeHouse Den is keeping their promise of being able to earn $COLONY tokens. I get it though that they first wanted to launch without these rewards to be sure that there were no bugs. Now that the rewards are launched, I am sure more people will try out the games as people prefer to earn something over nothing ofcourse.
