I was doing my weekly rounds of the silver bullion sellers online and I came across what can only be described as a monstrosity of a coin.

Though I do think that @bitcoinman would really appreciate this coin in his collection as I can imagine that he quite enjoys the Spice Girls.

Now take a look at this coin it is a monstrosity and definitely not worth the money that the Royal Mint are selling it for.

A whopping £180.00 for a 1oz Spice Girls coin.... Utter travesty!

This coin is most definitely aimed at the collectors market as the cost of this coin is absolutely ridiculous.
Though being said, we would still struggle to get 2 Oz's of silver for this price.

Silver is still a hidden commodity in the UK as most sellers are still out of stock or are currently melting down Old items the silver plated and such to create new coins and bars.

For the price of this coin I really could think of many many better things to spend the money on. But, I suppose there will be some out there who would really enjoy adding this coin to their collection.
It is a limited edition run of 5000 coins.

I am quite curious to see if this will sell out, and if so, I want to know who the hell is buying it!
