Free Silver Bullet!
It's not often you can get free silver. To be fair, this isn't technically free since someone else paid for it, but at least the "someone else" wasn't me! It's free enough for me! 😆
I won a contest at my work for the month of January and it was a little delayed in being announced. I won a $100 gift card to Amazon! Now, this silver bullet actually costs $126.65, so it is far from a cost-effective way to stack silver when spot price is currently just over $80/ounce. I had rewards points saved up as well, so between the gift card and those this was paid in full with no actual money out of my pocket. That works for me!
This silver bullet is .999 fine silver and is designed after a .45ACP cartridge.
It came with a certificate, but honestly I just tossed it.
Anyone can print a certificate and it's not minted by a government or major mint, so it's a niche product. Those who know what silver looks and feels like will know it's genuine. If you need to, you can throw it on a Sigma on the flat end and it'll register as .999 silver without issue.
It's kind of annoying that Amazon doesn't let you buy silver coins with their gift cards, yet they'll let you buy this for only a few dollars more. If this is their idea of preventing money laundering, they're going to have to try harder. Still, these are cool, so I'll keep adding these to the collection any time I win more gift cards from work.

I am disappointed in the finish. It looks like it was chucked in a lathe and turned, and no finishing after that. I would have hit it with a fine file before parting it off.
But, then again, maybe not if i was reselling and need to be perfect on weight, and speed was importnat.
Yeah, a bit of filling or sanding would've really cleaned it up nicely. Oh well. Free is free. !LOL

I'm familiar with the thrill of winning free silver from my YouTube years before Hive, I've won more than my fair share, silver was really cheap and given away like Halloween candy. The last prize was a silver round from Pit Bullion on Instagram, the contest was to post, What "Pit Bullion silver do I have."
