PIZZA 2 Brawl Report - 6 Nov 2025

Greetings everyone, it's coming to a close for the week and the latest brawl which my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended just about 1 days ago (apologies due to previous brawl post coming later and end up short interval between brawl post) and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I setup each lineup against all the opponents that I am facing in the brawl and how I adjusted each lineup to we get the most out of each ruleset before the next brawl ends in a couple of hours. And again today's sharing will be similar to the previous as I had only 2 matches to show.

Right now my focus and fray to be competing in will be the ones with Conclave Arcana and Rebellion which is either fray 4 or 5. I started gathering more Conclave Arcana and Rebellion cards so as to strengthen my modern ranked battle games and at the same time, will allow me more versatility to handle each ruleset and hopefully these cards can help me a little in the brawls. To also remind myself, I will also need to continue building up my collection and levelling them up. So let's get right on with the brawl report.

Brawl 1

	Remarks
Selection:	Four's a crowd, up to eleven and lost legendaries. Unfortunately there is no Quora that I can use here. However, for me, to bulk things up I used Marisol as anhor for the lineup to strike opponent had from 2nd position which Halfling Refugee is there to soak up and absor b damage from opponent side. To help my lineup, I also used Olivia of The Brook to capitalize on the double attack. Happy Quokka is there to wrap up the lineup and provide some opportunity attacks.
Outcome:	Win! Marisol was the star of this match, taking down various card with its massive melee damage especially on Commander Slade.

Brawl 2

	Remarks
Selection:	Close Range, Blood and Sunder and Arcane Dampening. Somehow opponent was able to restrict me from using Quora which gave me a big disadvantage, however I used Tatiana Blayde as an alternative with the only thing is the Tatiana do not have healing which is why Quora even when being an epic card, is so strong. So for this strategy gotta change and I had many archer from my elves collection and most importantly, I need Elf bloodline archon to ensure all of them get execute to further improve the chances of winning.
Outcome:	Win! The execute ability allowed me to follow through and damage my opponent hard so that they have difficulty to heal up and retaliate. With 4 elves available to strike, they become a formidable force.

Guild Final Tally

I was assigned 3 matches for this brawl and won 2 out of 3 of the matches, no opponents fled but once again, it is I whom fled because I do not have a death splinter archon with me and ended up I had to surrender the match because I cannot do any selection. Quite sickening that this repeats and I still did not prepare for the archon for death and life as well. This is something that I must fix before next brawl. There is also a bonus of 6 wins from unfilled frays from opponents.

Deja vu, we remained at rank 4 for this brawl with many of us clocking high wins especially from non filled frays. As you can see, the majority of the wins are coming from unfilled frays, so key is really to have more participants and fill up those frays. For fellow members whom participated, a real good job guys. Go PIZZA 2!
