Climbing the Ranks in Frontier

Yesterday's post detailed our ARCHON scores - read all about by clicking this highlighted area. Yesterday's post also detailed our desire to do some battling within the Frontier ranked play. We didn't manage to get to it last night but today we rolled up our virtual sleeves and summoned our ARCHONS to build an army to go against our foes. Because we had two newly formed MAXED Archons we were eager to hit the battle-field. It wasn't long before we climbed to Silver 1 and with it collected our riches - 15 loot chests that contained a multitude of digital goodies. Lots of energy was found and a few cards including a Gold Foil Port Guardian. Turning over a gold card within 15 Chests is a WIN in my books. Splinterlands offers a feature to open all chest with one click but we don't utilize that option here at the @rentmoney blog spot. We open them one at a time and doing so today is just as fun as the first day that we did so. I would also like to point out the crisp colors of the different variants of chests. The Splinterlands team did a good job at distinguishing the higher value chest from the lower ones. As seen above - the glowing silver chest look on point. Lets keep climbing those ranks.

I should mention that I don't use potions when opening my rewards. Why not - no reason really - that's just how I do things. I toggled the use potions off at some point and it stayed that way ever since. We went on a small win streak inside of Frontier ranked play but after reaching Silver 1 we are essentially in a win one lose one situation. We did manage to collect our first of three daily rewards which end up being four cards and two draw entries. I want to get my grubby hands on another Black Foil card so I am going to have to earn more entries. There is only one way to do that - winning battles so lets get back to it. We are currently trying to earn our second daily reward. 2/5 wins have been completed. I'll leave a screenshot to both daily rewards below. The first screen shot is already placed. Back to the battle-field we go to get another 3 wins (Done and Done). Our second batch of rewards manage to yield us four more cards and two more draw entries. Two of those five cards being rare (a decent pull indeed). We will collect the third daily reward in some hours time and come back to this post to share a screenshot of it (we are creating this post in-real time). Hours will go by but for you the reader just a line or two of text. See you when we get back :)

Ok, we are back at it - let's see what our third daily reward will yield us. First we need to hit the battle-field to collect five more wins. Our newly maxed gold foil Archons are putting in work today - Lets Go! To be fully honest I only took about a 10 minute break before going back at it. These five wins were not easy to get. We managed to get the first three in a timely manner but those last two we had to work for. Our virtual Splinterland asses got a good kicking for awhile. As I'm battling I realized one of my MAXED Archons aren't available to play - there's a cooldown on it that is up in some hours time. I suspect my win/loss ratio will be slightly better once that cooldown runs its course. Lets claim our third daily reward and see what we managed to earn. Like the above two claims showcased this third one contains four cards and two raffle entries. Looks like the four cards were common and no gold (the expected flip and we are ok with that). A total of 12 cards have been added to the collection today and that within itself is a win. That's it for today - we hope you enjoyed the read and appreciate you taking the time to interact with the @rentmoney blog. We are going to attempt to showcase lore in our Splinterland posts going forward. Our gold flip today was Port Guardian so that is the Lore we will showcase. See you at our next post :)

Among those who guard Port Continental, some are llamataurs, known for their steady temperaments, strong builds, and woolly frames. Those who serve the Mox Confederation in this role are chosen for their discipline, vigilance, and unshakable presence along the city’s sea walls and docks.
The port guardians were formed in response to a time when piracy and corruption threatened to collapse the region’s trade. The role of guardian was proposed by the People’s Assembly as part of a broader set of reforms. What began as a necessity became a symbol of order.
Today, llamataur guardians patrol the port with quiet resolve. Their armor isn’t just functional. It’s a mark of the trust placed in them. Though peace holds, they remain alert. The waves still bring ships; not all arrive with honest cargo.

This is total annihilation 😂.At this rate gold tier is sure. Congratulations 👏 to you. I play frontier ranked,to enable maxed my foundation cards gradually.Once again kudos to your victories 🙌.

A bit unlucky with the draws
You are very close now to reach the Gold league
!BBH
I did the same thing myself, and now I'm sitting pretty at the top of the leaderboard :)
I hope to see you soon in game !
I always use potions. I have such a surplus although Frontier league is using them up. I think I have a surplus from way back when there were the old daily rewards. Always fun to battle!
Those daily rewards chests were quite decent
