Adjusting My Rentals

Looking over my rentals it seems best impact I can make in gaining more DEC is through adjusting my top priced cards that are being rented.

I have also level up many of my legacy summoners in hopes to yield more DEC when renting out.

With this I have 3 out of 5 alpha rare summoners up to level 6. Summoners can rent out easier than monsters and the higher the level the more DEC earned.

From Splinterlands data the daily rental in total coming in under $500 is meager. It is proof that holding legacy cards is not ideal for renting, but could be good for land production. As of now I have over a dozen cards rented out that players are using for land production.

More than 20 cards from my collections are used in land. The thought here is if I raise the rental prices to a reasonable level I may be able to earn more DEC. The plan is to get a lower PP / DEC rental price go through.

Another rental I am looking at is SPS staked rental. Those are at the bottom of rental but still in demand at the beginning of the season. With a season lasting approximately 14 days and each rental lasting 7 days, that I can potentially lease out the same staked SPS at most twice a season.

I noticed that it is easiest to rent out the SPS at the beginning of the season since a lot of players need to renew their staked SPS for the season. The rental price is at its lowest of 0.001 DEC per SPS. Still worth a decent amount as I have over 100k SPS staked. It won't be as ideal if it was less as renters often request in excess of over 10k staked SPS. Some even up to 200k SPS.

Until next time thanks for reading!!!

Many people are no longer renting out their things due to the low prices, and many people have even stopped playing the game due to the low prices.

Sadly what you stated are facts. Not sure how to make the game popular.

Are you managing your rentals manually? I think I might do that with my wild cards, but they aren't always the highest level. I do think that they could generate a bit of return since I am not using them right now.

Yes I am manually adjusting prices because I don't like spending the 1 DEC every time I am adjusting each card's price.
