This is a weird hodge podge of a Pack Opening post if I am being honest. I had a few things already and decided to hold on to them to open with other stuff. Then I got other stuff and then other stuff and well now here we are haha. Plus the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge was a good push I needed to take the time to write this up!

What Am I Opening???

Normally it's just like 30 packs of Conlcave Arcana Standard but not today. I got something else in store for you all!

Land Plot Claim

I know I am sucker for punishment but I came into some $WAX and the cheapest plot of land over there was "only" $40 so I said YOLO. Now the floor price is pretty inline with Hive so that will probably be my last WAX/LAND purchase.

Conclave Arcana Standard Packs

I have 6 Standard Packs that I am hoping to get lucky with.. But only time will tell

Conclave Arcana Starter Packs

I also have 6 Starter Packs. I have never opened these before and honestly forgot they were even a thing. But I am curious to see what my pull rates will be for them. A little birdie told me that these were the most cost effective packs to purchase if you are looking for pure return on investment. But I am looking to just add cards to my collection.

Gladius Cases

I recently won a Brawl and got a decent chunk of Merits and also from League Chests I got a bunch so I was able to pickup 2 Gladius Cases. This is going to be interesting for sure.

Chaos Legion

If you have read my other CA pack opening articles then you know I sacrifice 1 pack of Chaos Legion to the RNG gods at the end to thank them for their blessings and for good fortune on my next pack opening. And I don't intend to stop now!

Buying Essentials

If you are going to open packs.. You might as well open them with ALL the potions available.

I ran out of DEC today so I had to spend GLINT to get my other potions sadly.

And now to pick up the rest of my Alchemy Potions too. Again I had to use Glint cause I am a bad boy who spends all his DEC as soon as he gets it.. 🙁

But with that I now have everything I need to start rippin' baby!

All in the Potions only cost me $0.90 which is not bad! (I do not count Glint even if I didn't really want to spend it).

LAND TIME

I am a sucker for punishment so I want to get the biggest let down out of the way first. I paid $40 for this Land Plot Claim and sooner or later I am bound to get something other than a plot that produces Wood.... right?

First we need to Register our Land Deed, so let's do that!

I hate this game.. Why do I keep doing this shit to myself? Every freaking time it's wood. Honestly at this point I am just going to become a Woodcutter and corner the market on Wood. Like WTF!

Standard Packs

Let's start our pack opening with the Standard Packs because, well I don't have a good reason really except that I just want to!

Pack #1 with 2 Epics, I will take it.

Pack #2 is a waste of potions.

Pack #3 has a Gold Foil baby. I will take it!

Pack #4 is another waste of potions.

Pack #5 has 2 Rare's and 1 epic and both Rare's are Archons! SWEET

Pack #6 has 2 Rare's and 1 is a Gold Foil! Nice

Starter Packs

Pack #1 is just a standard Starter Pack with 1 Rare.

Pack #2 is just a standard Starter Pack with 1 Rare.

Pack #3 is just a standard Starter Pack with 1 Rare.

Pack #4 oh wow I got 2 Rare's sweet!

Pack #5 is just a standard Starter Pack with 1 Rare.

Pack #6 is just a standard Starter Pack with 1 Rare.

So all together the Starter Packs were not a MASSIVE success but they are not designed to be. They are designed to get newer/poorer players access to cards and that is what they do for cheap. So I am happy with my 6 packs.

My idiot self though bought enough potions for them and I have no idea why since you can't use the potions on Starter Packs.. but at least I have them for the next Pack Opening?

Gladius Cases

Pack #1 is a normal pack with 1 Rare.

Pack #2 is the same, sadly enough.

Well, nothing special from the Gladius Cases but that was honestly what I was expecting anyways.

Chaos Legion Sacrifice
