Crushing a Pro Opponent in a Tough 30 Mana Battle – Chaos Battle Mage Has Good Attack Power

I got another great victory in 30 mana battle and this time the battle was quite tough compared to the other battles. I felt my opponent was a very professional player because he had made a very good monsters selection. But my selection turned out to be even stronger than him.

Today my plan was of very aggressive gameplay that is why I filled all my slots. I selected a total of 7 monsters and the opponent also took 7 monsters because we were also getting 2 free zero mana monsters.

The strategy was that I fill the first 5 monsters with mana cost and also take the last 2 free monsters so that the team can get extra support.

As I told today my gameplay was only focused on attack. I did not want to make any heavy defensive lineup, I just wanted to do continuous attack so that I can explore new strategies.

I chose my initial power monster such that it had +2 attack power ability which kept giving extra power to all my attacking units every round. On the second number I placed a strong tank monster so that it absorbs all the damage and the monsters at the back stay safe.

After that from the third to the seventh monster I selected only attacking monsters which included units having +3, +2 and +1 attack power.

When the battle started, in the first round both sides attacked. My tank monster was quite strong that is why the opponents attack was not very effective. While from my side heavy attack was happening because I had more attacking units and due to the +2 attack power their damage had increased even more.

Because of this the opponents monsters kept getting eliminated one by one. In the end my 3 monsters remained alive which showed outstanding performance in this battle.

In this battle my favorite and the most amazing monster was Chaos Battle Mage.
Its mana cost is 8
attack power is 3
armor is 1
health is 5.

It also has additional abilities which make it more powerful. The most special thing about it is that it deals damage to the enemy with +3 attack every round. When the +2 attack buff of the initial monster was added to it, its total attack power became 5 which was quite dangerous and the opponent could not handle it.

If we talk about its positioning ideally it should be kept in the mid line so that it stays safe and keeps dealing damage.

But in my strategy since my tank was strong I placed it just behind the tank on the front side so that it can also absorb some damage.

Still its best position is mid line. Like every monster it also has a weakness which is its high mana cost that is why it cannot be used in low mana battles.
