Splinterlands - Chapter 12 With GERTRUDE CHOMPSBURY
Today I have new opponent to face and this is part 3 of chapter 12 which took too long to defeat and to win all its battles and today I have new opponent to face which is GERTRUDE CHOMPSBURY and it seems too dangerous to play with but I have to be so careful to be able to pass this level.
GERTRUDE CHOMPSBURY
It may be a classroom duel, but Gertrude fights like she’s settling a blood feud. Or the fate of Praetoria is on the line. Maybe both. Hit fast, hit hard, and hope you survive the onslaught.
Looking at Chapter Overview:
You’ve made it this far, but it’s way too early to celebrate. Gertrude Chompsbury doesn’t do friendly duels. She fights like victory is the only thing keeping her upright. She won’t just try to outplay you. She’ll try to break you.
Her playstyle is ruthless. There’s no wasted mana, no weak links, and no easy openings. Every card she plays serves a purpose, whether it’s soaking damage, picking off low-health units, or blowing up your front line with magic attacks.
She controls both pace and pressure. One misstep, one misplayed card, and she’ll punish you for it. You’ll need to counter her strategy, absorb her onslaught, and find a way to deal enough damage to turn the match in your favor.
In this battle I have a FIRST-TIME COMPLETION REWARDS which is one card only and it seems a good card so I started the battle with passion and I have chosen speed with Barthalmas as I have 99 Mana in this level to play with and this is enough to choose my best cards with it.
I have focused on cards with good health and I have chosen 3 melee cards and two range and only one magic attack and I was surprised that I have faced only one card but it has 40 Hearts and this is massive and insane and although it has 8 melee attacks, I have managed to eliminate it and win the battle.
Hi adam-lucas97! This, for me, is one of the most fun challenges in the campaign mode. Facing a sort of Final Boss, the first time I fought him, I didn't feel the defeat was unfair. It felt like a challenge that forced me to think carefully about what strategy I should use against this enemy, and when I was able to defeat him, the victory was truly satisfying. I hope SPL implements a Quest mode that is PVE with missions/final bosses like this one. Regards.
