One of the biggest reasons why we feel drained in terms of our energy is not because we are doing a lot of physical activity, but it is actually more about the mental aspect, which leaves us drained in that regard, and it is the mental noise that actually happening to exist in our head forever. The constant thoughts that are revolving in our heads and the things that happened the previous day, along with a lot of decisions that we could have taken in different aspects, and many such things.
Mental noise is a very real thing which is something that we need to be paying much more attention to as it is going to be never announcing its arrival but it is always going to be present in everything and there is a very strong possibility that we might not even consider it to be a particular problem and even think about it as been a very normal occurrence but in reality it is not harmless to say the least.
Our brain is one of the most energy intensive organs that we have and even when we are not doing anything it is going to be staying active and utilising energy in one or the other way and when we are actually trying to think about any kind of thoughts in our head they are going to definitely not let us have that mental peace because we are always going to be having some sort of things going on within our brain and based on that there will be a lot of responses from the side of our brain in terms of the stress hormones or having more amount of attention as all of this is done by overworking our body which is something that is not needed.
We are stuck in a mental loop of all of these thoughts which is actually something that you are not able to escape and in the middle of all of this we are constantly losing out on energy that we could have actually used somewhere else and having that focus would have surely help us in some other way and this is a particular aspect that we think of having a control over which is actually not the case and we are just having that illusion.
One of the easiest things that we can notice around everything will day is going to be both the fact that we might feel tired even without doing anything and we don't really find motivation towards the things that we love to do and we are not even able to figure out why it is happening as soul as our mental state is not that great which is why we are going to be feeling irritated even at the smallest things and all of these things are very big indication towards the existence of the mental noise with in our head which we are not even being attention to and is constantly draining our energy.
Having our mental self impacted is also going to be affecting our emotions as well which is very much dependent on how mental self is actually acting as well which is why we are also going to be very much different in terms of the emotions that we carry and we can be more vulnerable or even frustrated at the same time and then can be a lot of things that we can't really even predict as well because of that which is also a very big down site of having that mental noise and let it go unnoticed.
One of the worst things that mental noise actually makes us happen is definitely going to be both the fact that it will never be letting us stay in the present as it will always police into those thoughts which is actually something that has already happened in the past or it is something that is going to be a probability in the future and in the middle of all of this we are losing out on the present itself which is actually the most important phase to be existing in.
Letting the mental noise go is also something that is not a very easy thing to be done because it is actually something that we are not doing intentionally or having it within our head with the permission that we have given it to but it is something that just exist there and it is something that we can't really be stopping when we wish to wish when as it is definitely going to be requiring a gradual process that we have to improvement to state distracted and trying to stay focused on the things that actually matter.
There are many such instances when we feel drained and we think about we are going to be requiring some new source of motivation and we definitely need to implement new habits that can actually put us back on track and have that kind of focus which we need to get the things done but in reality there is something which is actually sucking out energy from us and that is something which we have to identify and work on as well.

Framing exhaustion as a mental issue rather than a physical one is real and feeling tired without “doing anything” is such a confusing experience, but when i feel this way i actually just go outside and socialise, i find this kind does the trick.
Indeed, it's a tough thing to explain, let alone experience it, figuring a way out that works for us therefore becomes so important as well.
