Morgenkaffeegedanken // Morning coffee thoughts (de/en)

Montag Morgen 6:45 früh.

Auch heute morgen möchte ich wieder meine Kaffeegedanken mit euch teilen.

Dieses Wochenende war bei uns sehr schön, wettertechnisch absolut ein Traum. Sonne, leichter Wind und Temperaturen um die 20°C. Absolut zum Genießen.
Ich selber war das gesamte Wochenende auf Tour, geschäftlich unterwegs. Weil aber auch das draußen war habe ich das schöne Wetter voll abbekommen. Mit dem Ergebnis, zack Sonnenbrand. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet, aber so ist es nunmal. Nicht so dramatisch. AfterSun regelt das schon.

Leider ist mir dieses Wochenende aber sehr negativ im Kopf geblieben. Ich mag es nicht, wenn Absprachen nicht eingehalten werden.
Das spontan mal etwas passiert okay, kann immer passieren. Aber mit genügend Vorlaufzeit etwa entgegen vorheriger Absprachen zu machen und das nicht zuzugeben finde ich sehr schwierig. Es geht ja nicht darum WER einen Fehler macht. Sowas kann jedem passieren.

Wichtig ist, dass sinnvoll reflektiert wird damit ein solcher Fehler nicht nochmal passiert. Dafür muss man aber erkennen, dass der Fehler bei sich selber liegt und nicht bei X oder Y. Dann mit aller Vehemenz offensichtlich falsche Aussagen anführen und keinerlei Diskussion beginnen lassen, das ist einfach schwach. Und dieses Verhalten ist für mich absolut ein Unding.

Weil ich aber auch diese Woche positiv beginnen möchte muss ich hier einmal den guten @chrislybear erwähnen.
Meine erste HIVE Bekanntschaft, die ich in Real getroffen habe. Und was soll ich sagen. Das was sich seit Monaten recht regelmäßig angedeutet hat, das hat sich offen gezeigt.

Ein super Typ.

Hab ich selten, dass ich mit jemandem so auf einer Wellenlänge bin. Da ist die Zeit nur so verflogen. Ich bin sicher, wir hätten noch locker drei vier Stunden weiter quatschen können! Da bin ich auch sicher, dass das passieren wird.
Ich hab auch den Eindruck, dass die kleine Tour durch Düsseldorf am Rhein entlang du durch die Altstadt keine schlechte Sache war.
Wiederholungspotential sehe ich auch da. Vorher bin ich auf jeden Fall gespannt was du aus den Fotos zauberst!

Aber jetzt wird es erstmal Zeit für eine zweite Tasse Kaffee!

I would like to share my coffee thoughts with you again this morning.

This weekend was very nice for us, the weather was an absolute dream. Sunshine, light wind and temperatures around 20°C. Absolutely to enjoy.
I myself was on tour the whole weekend, traveling on business. But because I was also outside, I was able to take full advantage of the beautiful weather. With the result, bang, sunburn. I hadn't expected that, but that's the way it is. Not that dramatic. AfterSun takes care of that.

Unfortunately, this weekend has remained very negative in my mind. I don't like it when agreements aren't kept.
Something happening spontaneously is okay, it can always happen. But I find it very difficult to do something with enough lead time, contrary to previous agreements, and not admit it. It's not about WHO makes a mistake. It can happen to anyone.

The important thing is to reflect sensibly so that such a mistake doesn't happen again. To do this, however, you have to recognize that the mistake lies with yourself and not with X or Y. To then vehemently cite obviously false statements and not allow any discussion to begin is simply weak. And this behavior is absolutely outrageous to me.

But because I also want to start this week on a positive note, I have to mention the good @chrislybear here.
My first HIVE acquaintance that I met in real life. And what can I say. What I've been hinting at quite regularly for months has come out in the open.

A great guy.

It's rare for me to be on the same wavelength with someone like that. Time just flew by. I'm sure we could have easily chatted for another three or four hours! I'm sure that will happen.
I also have the impression that the little tour through Düsseldorf along the Rhine and through the old town wasn't a bad thing.
I can see potential for a repeat there too. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what you conjure up from the photos!

But now it's time for a second cup of coffee!
