[LOH-255] Buy a Cheap Old House and Turn it Into An Ultimate LIving Place

Having my own lot and house is one of my dream, to be honest, I just really want something I can call my own so it doesn't really matter if it's small or big. We have a problem too in our current house right now and it's Mommy F who owns it. And the truth is, I don't really like much the location of our home. I prefer somewhere peaceful and without the noise from those passing vehicles. It's kinda annoying when I am trying to relax but those noises are just too distracting. Another thing is, it's kinda panicking whenever a big truck pass by on the highway, sometimes I mistaken it as an earthquake (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠). The ground really shakes so, I don't like that.

So if I ever get the money to buy a house, and I have a choice like this: 1.) big, beautiful house, but one whose best years are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and remodeling, and therefore its price is low; 2.) is a small house. It's not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest time or money in repairs so its price is much higher than the previous one.

I'll go with the first choice which is big and beautiful house. If it has big house the whole land probably is big too right? And it's cheap! If it's cheap, for sure there's still money left. I'll use that for the repairs and remodelling and work on the rest slowly, as I still want to live with my oldies. I'll go with a cheap one and take my time remodelling it. Although I have the plan to buy my own land, it's actually just a plan for the future or when we get older especially Mama and the Oldies. They will for sure seek a much peaceful place to live in so having a land where I can slowly built a home and repair it to my liking is what I need. We're not gonna use it immediately, in other words.

So while i'm still living with my oldies, I can plan everything and actually, I also have a dream design for my room even if it is just a simple one. Actually, having a simple one is what I want. Simple, black and white, I saw a room before with this theme color and I super love it. It fits to me who like a darker room. With a dark room, it's like having your own safe place. Ahh, actually, not that darker but with a dim to warm light. that kind of vibe for a room will really make me sleepy and I like that.

And because I planned to live with my mama and the oldies, I'll let them get the the room on the first floor and I can go in the second floor. I want a two storey house just because of that, haha. I want a second floor with like 10 steps stairs and use that everyday to exercise my legs. Lol. I remember our old house with the same design so I really just want to you know, remember it forever especially it involves my childhood -even though its not all that fun. And although this is not my dream house, because I still want to live in a secluded place where I am surrounded with nature, i'll be more practical and still apply a little of my want in that house.

But how I really wish I have the money to buy a house and lot right now. I wish it is not just a scenario ┐⁠(⁠￣⁠ヘ⁠￣⁠)⁠┌, haha.

But i'll work on that, in time, for sure, I can acquire too the house that I want. Let's continue saving yaeah? ᕙ⁠(⁠⇀⁠‸⁠↼⁠‶⁠)⁠ᕗ
