Team PH Guild Meeting (June 14, 2025)
Of all the guild meetings we’ve had in TeamPh, this one truly amazed me the most. There’s just something special about TeamPh—something that feels like family. When the team comes together, it’s not because anyone is required to be there, but because everyone genuinely wants to be part of it.
It’s that unique sense of belonging and warmth that draws us in, no matter where we are. When TeamPh reaches out, you feel a gentle pull—a desire to connect, to support, and to share in the moment with people who feel like more than just teammates. It’s never about obligation; it’s about choosing to show up for each other, just like family does.
This meeting reminded me that what makes TeamPh truly exceptional isn’t just our teamwork, but the way we care for and inspire one another. Each gathering feels less like a formal event and more like a family reunion, where everyone is welcome and valued. That’s what sets TeamPh apart, and that’s what makes every meeting so memorable.
To give you a glimpse of what transpired, every guild meeting felt like a gathering of friends catching up from their own little corners of life. Some of us joined in from our favorite weekend hideouts—one was relaxing at a bar enjoying a Saturday night, another was busy preparing for a mother’s birthday celebration, and a few TeamPh dads were in the midst of Father’s Day festivities.
What made it even more special was how the conversation naturally flowed beyond just guild matters. On the sidelines, some of us shared stories about married life, exchanged laughs, and offered advice. It was a beautiful mix of camaraderie and real-life moments, reminding us that TeamPh isn’t just about teamwork—it’s about sharing life’s milestones and everyday joys, just like family.

Agenda and Discussion Points
1. Fight Club
The next TeamPh Fight Club is scheduled for June 21 at 8 PM, spearheaded by @damour. Participants can look forward to exciting surprises and exclusive giveaways, making this event one you won’t want to miss!
2. Guild Wars
To add an extra layer of excitement to our gatherings, @mangomayhem introduced the idea of "Guild Wars"—a friendly yet thrilling competition designed to bring out the best in our players. Currently, @mangomayhem is in talks with @bjangles to organize a small but intense showdown between the two guilds. The format would feature the top 5 players from TeamPh going head-to-head against @bjangles’ top 5 players in a series of battles.
What makes this competition even more enticing is the prize at stake: each guild will contribute 5 CA packs to the pot, making a total of 10 packs. The winning guild will take home the entire prize, adding a competitive edge that’s sure to motivate everyone involved.
To move forward, TeamPh members will have the opportunity to weigh in and decide whether to participate through a poll organized by Jedo. This way, everyone’s voice can be heard, and the decision will truly reflect the collective spirit of the guild. It’s shaping up to be an exciting event that not only tests skills but also strengthens the camaraderie and friendly rivalry between our guilds.
3. Guild Operations & Recruitment
As discussed in the last guild meeting, there is a critical need to streamline the onboarding process for new members.
One key topic discussed in the meeting was the functionality of a Discord bot designed to address frequently asked questions specifically related to SPL brawls, TeamPh activities, and curation guidelines. @mangomayhem proposed purchasing a lifetime subscription for a Discord bot at $45, which would provide long-term access without recurring fees. On the other hand, @thejedo suggested a more cautious approach by trying out an annual subscription priced at $2 first, allowing the team to evaluate its effectiveness before committing to a longer-term plan.
Meanwhile, @mdasein noted that @mochilub is actively exploring free alternatives for the bot, and the team agreed to wait for @mochilub’s recommendations before making a final decision. This collaborative approach ensures that TeamPh finds the most cost-effective and efficient solution to support members with timely and tailored information, enhancing overall guild communication and engagement.
4. TeamPh Token
@mangomayhem raised an important concern regarding the need to increase the utility of the $TeamPh Token, especially in light of the recent decline in revenue. To address this challenge and revitalize the token’s value within the guild ecosystem, several strategic options were proposed for consideration.
Invest in CA Packs to enhance the guild’s in-game assets and provide members with greater opportunities for growth and competition.
Build scholar decks to support the guild’s scholars by equipping them with stronger, more competitive cards, thereby improving overall performance and potential earnings.
Invest in Praetoria to diversify the guild’s portfolio and explore new avenues for revenue generation.
Converting $TeamPh into $SPS and rent them out
Putting Wild Cards into work sites of TeamPh's Praetoria
Delegation of Wild Decks for $TeamPh Tokens in the Survival Mode
(@mangomayhem noted that further discussions are needed on this and present crafted proposals to the TeamPh founders.)
5. Moving Up to Tier 5
@mangomayhem brought up the idea of moving the guild to Tier 5, but expressed hesitation because many members don’t feel ready to make that leap yet. The team engaged in a thoughtful discussion weighing the pros and cons, including the significant costs involved in advancing to Tier 5. @woody575 pointed out that the we need to upgrade the Barracks that would require a considerable price nvestment. While the potential benefits were acknowledged, most members agreed that, given the current readiness and resources, it isn’t the right time for the guild to invest in moving up. The consensus was to prioritize stability and member preparedness before considering such a major step forward.
Next Meeting
The next guild meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 8:00 PM (PST).
Meeting Conclusion
The meeting was adjourned at 9:44 PM.
